It used to be a simple free log doctors liked for its printouts, but an update locked features behind a paywall and added ads. Many lost their history after the update or a phone change because there is no export or sync. There is no camera measurement here, it is manual entry.

I would like to go back and add a note and it won’t let me do that. Also I sometimes take three readings in a row and it would be nice to delete one or two of them.Although I like this App, I need a way to edit my mistakes.
