Once one of the best reminder planners on iOS. Last update was 9 years ago. Incompatibility with new iOS versions regularly breaks either the sound or the reminder creation. Those for whom it works stay loyal for years.

Update 5-18-25: Well, you can say I'm 'not accurate', and I can point to over 9 years of no updates and canned responses to most of the people saying the exact same thing as me: that Alarmed is increasingly glitchy and unreliable in situations that it needs to be reliable.
Geliebt, bis die App alle Alarme gelöscht hat & sie nicht wiederherstellt. Ich glaube, der Entwickler hat aufgegeben, mir zuzuhören. Ich hab keine weitere Antwort bekommen & bin sehr enttäuscht, dass es ihm egal ist, dass die App nicht funktioniert.
This app is better than any medication app I've tried! In daily reminders I put a med & what time to take it. I created a 'med' category, and I use the same sound for my med alarms. I take one med multiple times daily.
