The best route-planning tool for road cyclists and clubs, heat maps help pick a comfortable road, and support answers fast. It breaks on building custom routes (lots of planner errors), gets confused abroad and off-road, and routes you through cities at rush hour. A separate pain is that phone and desktop drift apart and collections don't sync across devices.
