A smart companion for Specialized e-bike owners: it logs rides, tunes the motor, pulls heart rate from an Apple Watch, and for many does everything they need. It breaks in that the move from the old app lost key features like heart-rate control and saving tuning profiles, and they haven't been restored in two years despite requests. A special pain is that the watch app is glitchy, loses the phone connection, and without a Specialized e-bike it's nearly useless.
