An app built around the concept of cycle-syncing food and workouts. The strong point is weekly phase-specific recipes and training plans. The weak points are that the forecast does not recalibrate for irregular cycles, the start date cannot be corrected, and some of the imagery comes across as sexualized.

I have the premium version of this app and love most parts of it. My only complaint is the app is not dynamic in order to account for a late or irregular period. I have tried every which way to do this, but I can only edit my LAST period,Y'all! I wish there wish there was a way to show you how much this app has changed my life.
