At its core people value the community of moms, the feeling that you are not alone, and the baby development content. Ads destroy it: there are so many you sometimes cannot reach the content, video plays for minutes on every open, and paying for a year barely helps. Many loved it for a first pregnancy but came back for a second and could not use it because of the ads.
