When you land on a good advisor, readings can be strikingly accurate and hit the personal, people name favorites and come back. It breaks on almost everything else, many advisors tell you what you want to hear and give contradictory answers to different people, billing is per-minute and charges a full minute for a couple seconds, advisors drop calls mid-session, and negative reviews get removed.
