People love the deck itself for its beautiful art and gentle, accurate messages, and many own the physical version too. But the app fails on the technical side, after the update it breaks and crashes when you open a card, reversals display wrong, and long-time buyers get shown the trial expiry again. On top of that it pushes Hay House ads at people who already paid.
