A free simple noise generator with no time limit, for many brown noise is literally a hug when overstimulated and the only thing that drowns out a partner's snoring. Ads kill it all: full-screen clips with loud sound pop up in the middle of the night and wake you, when the app should be doing the opposite. The ad quality is separately alarming, with fake banners about 72 viruses and a full iCloud. Tellingly, several people openly ask for a way to pay just to remove the ads.
