Quality classes with a real-studio vibe, and people are glad to practice at home instead of driving to the gym. The one pain everyone repeats: almost no new classes get added, so you cycle the same ones for months, plus there are no filters by time or type, the music doesn't match the workout, and cancelling is hard.
