People love not the app itself but the studios and teachers: small classes, good music, instructors who offer both a challenge and an easier option. The app itself is weak: no back button, in-app check-in fails for many, each studio needs a separate account, marketing notifications can't be turned off, and there are double charges.

The “check in via app” function works for some people, but mysteriously doesn’t work for many others. Including me. I have to check in manually for every class, which is unlike the other three fitness memberships.No matter what I have to get push notifications for ads from them.
