I can’t take it anymore. I’ve tried this app several times it just keeps banning me after a few months of being on it they’re automatic stuff is so BS I apologize, but I talked to everybody respectfully because I’m trying to look for a genuine relationship and that’s hard to do when I have to make an account every few months it’s honestly not fair

Customer service doesn’t exist. As soon as you get your profile perfect and start getting interesting connections they ban your account and then make it impossible to contact them. A Google search makes this seem like a common issue that the only way to solve is either using a new number or paying for a level of membership.

Wretched experience. Years ago, I met some great people on OkCupid. However, the experience of using the app has gone down the tubes. There are soooo many fake accounts, you get shown the same profiles over and over again, so many women just fishing for Instagram followers (dudes, too, from what I hear…). And honestly, the lack of limitation on swipes for free accounts further cheapens the experience. Not worth it, even for free.

Fail. The cost is worth knowing that you can’t afford any dates

Sucks!. This app sucks. It’s so glitchy on mobile. Everytime I open it My premium subscription doesnt render and I have close and reopen several times to eventually see it. Peoples names should up as backend data numbers and not their names. I just wasted money for a premium that is terrible. This app used to be great. What happened?

App has been overtaken by fake romance scam profiles-OKC does nothing to fix this despite reporting.. 90% scams, OKC please fix

90% AI Chatbots and obviously fake profiles.. 90% of the profiles are blatantly and obviously AI generated fakes. OKCupid is padding its user base to make false impressions of a user base for investors and to generate revenue for scammers.

Worst dating App out there. Only Scammers and IT glitches. Stay away. This app is a complete joke. It’s a platform for FAKE profiles and misleading garbage from one end to the other . You cannot find a single honest thing on here. And forget about reporting the scammers or the broken feature: the developers are so profoundly incompetent they didn’t even bother to check if the report button works. The keyboard completely overlays the comment box, making it impossible to report anything. They’ve intentionally made it impossible to flag their own garbage Do not waste a single second of your life on this app. Delete it, get out, and go literally anywhere else. This is a total scam.

Constant Email Spam & Can’t Disable. Filters dont work, terrible experience. You keep sending me repetitive spam emails about someone superliking me and I am a catch… after I have unsubscribed 10+ times in the past 2 months. I’ve turned off every setting in the app too. I refuse to be spammed, so I would rather delete and use other dating apps. Match % is so bad. I have hundreds of likes and I click to sort by match %, but it shows me people at 30%, followed by 90%, followed by 50%. It’s not even working. I want to see them in order by greatest match %. Someone needs to fire the team behind these filters before it drives away more users to other apps. I’m very attractive (former model) and I won’t be using this app ever again. I think the goal for this app is to sell your data… bc all of the questions they ask you aren’t even geared toward finding a relationship. Beware! Better use Tinder, Hinge, or another app. Prepare to get bombarded by everyone who’s not who you filtered by for your type.

Trash app. Trash app won’t even let me make an account bc it won’t send me my text verification, getting quite irate above filled it all out multiple times just for your app to crash out and not send the codes I need, then I tried to create the account over again and said there is already an account with that info, an account I’ve never even been on bc it wouldn’t let me finish setting it up. DO NOT recommend!

Auto repay. I had auto repay turned off on my Apple App Store but still got charged by OkCupid and now I can’t get a refund of $39.99 basically scammer behavior. Want my money back.

Just bad. I have the premium and pay 39.99 and it only works 1/6 times!!!! It’s supposed to show me who likes me but that option only works once in a while! Very bad app!!!!

Bans accounts for no reason. My account got banned for “Suspicious Activity” when all I did was browse and talk to women on the app. I asked for a reason why and was told the decision was “final” and gave no explanation. Don’t pay for this app. It used to be good and now it’s really gone downhill since Match took over. Men, just go out and talk to women. This isn’t worth the trouble.

I hate it. I get matches but they all unmatched after a few messages or even after having a conversation for a while. It’s very abrupt and random, maybe it’s a hobby of a lot of people on this app. I feel like using this has been a waste of time and I feel less confident. This app is more likely to drain your mental health and make you feel sick with how people are. The only ones who want to talk for a while are trying to sell something or get you on to a shady app. I just hate it, this app makes me depressed. I’ve had the worst experience on this app compared to similar ones like this.

Can’t log in + leak. Won’t let me log in at all. Also somehow my password for this was in a leak? Can’t change it since it won’t let me log in. Garbage.

NOT Ok Cupid. This app is not what it used to be. I paid for a premium account, and all I match with are AI scammer profiles. Not to mention they try to upsell you on everything. Do not waste your time or money.

Unethical. I previously paid for full subscription. I deactivated my account for a time. Came back and reactivated and they claim I was not a paid subscriber. Then today I received an email that they deleted content due to terms and conditions violation. There was NO violation. I sent an appeal and now a few hours later they signed me out and claim my account doesn’t exist. This is fraud and targeting. Zero accountability or actual service

Anywhere. They make distance a premium feature so they are just showing you people from all over. Makes it a waste of time swiping. I’m not going to go meet someone two hours away. Useless

Too expensive and full of fake. First thing that i didn’t like and was surprised about is that you can’t see who liked you. I think that’s a most basic thing that should be available on any dating app. Second thing that i really ha te - a lot of girls profiles show that they are from Florida, Georgia or whatever, but as soon as you opened their profiles, you notice they are from Philippines, Brazil or somewhere else. Their profiles are full of descriptions, hobbies in English and they mention that they speak good English, but as soon as you start conversations, you immediately feel that they are using a Google Translate. 90% of women profiles are that fake.

Incredibly Annoying. You thought paying to talk to people was worse? Well guess what, after each swipe on someone you aren’t interested you have to choose why you weren’t interested in them, not like the app wants to know so it can push more people who you would be interested in your way, it’s just so it can make your unpaid time on time app insufferable bc how dare you spend 20-30 dollars?

No subject. Not working for me at all

Terrible app. Messages disappeared or don’t load. But worse, your account can get banned without cause or explanation. After you submitted an appeal and followed up with emails after emails, you get no reply

Trash can. They took things like filter by distance and made it paid as part of their scam to push international long distance dating.

Awful. Basically every person on here is from Africa or Asia. Also full of scams. I was banned for absolutely no reason, wasn’t explained why, I couldn’t tell you why, and there’s absolutely no where to appeal or get any explanation? No email even saying I was banned or anything. Just can’t login anymore. This is by far one of the worst dating apps.

Lol Got Kicked off for no reason. Had the app for 10 minutes and then all of a sudden the app kicked me out. Luckily I didn’t pay for the subscription. Don’t download this app at all, it’s a pure scam.

Got rid of filling the blank on entering questions. Why would you get rid of fill in the blanks on questions on all of them?

Useless for dating. Came back after a few years and was not surprised in the least that almost all of the functionality of the app is either gimped or locked behind vastly overpriced paywalls. If you do get a like, there’s a 99.99% chance that they don’t live on the same continent. Are they trying to set users up with mail order brides or something? Continuing to be a genuinely useless app, keep it up match group.

Error. I have been unable to access the app for weeks now and it’s just telling me error

Restore purchases broken. I downloaded the app and purchased one of the subscriptions. Not long after I ended up deleting the app and reinstalling it. When I attempted to restore purchases, absolutely nothing happens. none of the benefits of my subscription are present. I have contacted customer support twice and received no response.

Can’t see profile pictures. I’m a paying customer but still can’t see anyone’s profile pictures.
