Cannot reset password and get in. So far I have requested to reset my password 4 times, each time, I am getting an email, which is great. There is no where to put in the code after getting the email. My husband works in IT, so I recognize this is a bug that needs addressed asap for anyone who cannot remember their old password and is trying to reset it. This is my reason for 1 star. Please address this issue soon. Thank you Update: I seriously wanted to love this app, my husband and I could truly use the help. However, trying to even get logged into this app is a complete nightmare. Nothing unfortunately has changed with the app for the better since the last time I tried logging into it. Today, I got as far as trying to reset my password, requesting a code, copied the code. Went to put the code in. The app had somehow gone backwards, was asking for my password again. There was no way to try to move forward to where I could put the code in. So I gave up and deleted the app. Hopefully in the future the developers will read through the comments and see that major testing needs to happen, to fix issues. Based on some of the reviews, it seems some are getting help with the app, that is great. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all for our marriage, because we cannot even get into the app. At this point, I don’t recommend the app. It needs work.

Garbage. First, I was misled by what this app was. Second, when I tried to log in and sign up, I was met with unnecessary hurdles. Third, the app then got stuck on a quiz that was impossible to get out of no matter what I tried. Garbage.

No instructions and does not work. Can’t figure out how to make the tracking work or app work to track my successes and there is no instructions or support contact information

Wouldn’t allow login. App has some sort of bug in profile creation where it wouldn’t let me press continue on the page u was meant to enter my name and make a password.

Very Disappointed. This app is very disappointing. It fails to do the one thing that it should be doing first, which is sharing love language information about your partner with you. I fully expected that when we each took the quiz and then connected via the app, the app would send each other’s results to the other person. Why didn’t it do that?

No instructions. No idea how to use it. It seems great in theory but it is not user friendly and nothing to guide me. Or at least I can’t find anything to help.

Doesnt work. Downloaded, tried to create account, no option to create an account. Deleted afterwards.

Transphobic. Only two genders and uses he/her instead of being inclusive with non pronoun (your partner for example) or gender neutral they.

So confused. Wife and I tried this app and never could figure out how to use it properly. I’m glad everyone else is having success but we deleted it. An app shouldn’t add stress to a relationship

No way to preview the app/service without creating an account. The inability to preview the app and service before creating an account is a non-starter. There are other similar apps and services that offer this, and I’ll check those out before making a final decision.

Buggy Connection. The main point of this app is connection with your partner, and that part is very glitchy. - I had to manually type my wife’s name. Even after closing the app, it said “you”, which is confusing. - It now says “{wife’s name} has not recommended any activities.” But there is no way for her to add them as far I we can both tell. This is disappointing. Love Tank and messages work fine.

Are you for real. This app I discontinued, he still sends through, I think he needs help, do not get this app. You need partner then wants to charge more. Next notification to apple , man is nuts

No tutorial. It isn’t easy to know how to navigate or use with your partner. Could be great but needs more work

Excited to try this but…. When I put my birthday everything is grayed out except for today’s date. So the app thinks I was born today and says, “You must be 13 years or older to use the app.” It would be funny except I really wanted to check out the app!

New update removed features. DISAPPOINTED. The app is hardly worth using at this point if your goal is to compare your stats with your partner. They recently removed the ability to see the percentages of your scores in each category.

Stupid suggestions; doesn’t work well if one partner is disabled. The quiz was ludicrous. I was forced to choose between two things neither of which I preferred or was something I can’t do. I do NOT want my phone “nudging” me but if I tell my partner OF 30 years that I hate this app, they will get upset with me. HATE HATE HATE this app!!! Thanks for ruining 30 good years doing it OUR WAY! I should also note that some of us (spectrum, trauma, abusive past) do NOT want to touch or be touched, but that option was always pitted against a lesser evil I didn’t want either!!! And forget about being inclusive! This is clearly for traditional male/female couples. You should be very VERY upfront that GLBQetc are not included!!!!

Please fix for iPhone users. I want to give this app more stars but I have an iPhone 6s and my friend has a newer I phone and both of our phones don’t allow us to click the profile circle that lets us see us or our partners love languages percentages compared. I feel that’s a big part of this app hence the rating. We haven’t tried other features on the app yet bcuz I can’t even see the results of our quiz so…. Until it’s resolved for iPhone users I won’t be able to continue to use the app

Not what I expected…. I thought this would be a fun app, more like a game to play together and take silly quizzes together. Just something fun. Who needs an app to learn how to love each other and remind you to show your love and appreciation for your partner?! My husband and I have been together for 25 years and are just as in love today as we were back when we started dating and first fell in love. We have just as much fun, appreciation and love for each today, if not more, being older and more stable you have more opportunities. Most everything this app suggests we’ve always done and said to each other, It just comes naturally in any good relationship. This app seems to really be geared towards and pushing gift giving. Nearly every question in the quiz had something to do with receiving gifts. To me that’s very selfish and feels like you’re suggesting that love can be bought. Nobody should need/require gifts to feel loved. If you do you have other problems that need to be addressed! Other than all of that, the app seems to work just fine. It’s just not for me and my husband!

Bug. It will not let me input my birthdate so I can’t use it

Can’t see my spouses love language. What is the point of it won’t show my partners love language? And if it does, then it’s not very intuitive.

Could be a lot better. Great idea for an app. Could be better with the for the love chart. I wish I could see my partners meter. And also how much I’m filling up their meter in each specific love language. Kind of like a gas tank meter. More creative ideas for acts of service.

App stopped working. I used this app a year ago it and now 2021 it says “no internet connection” every time I open the app. Sad because it used to be a good app

Not interactive. My beau and I want to love this app but unfortunately we can’t figure out how it works. The app will remind us to give the other person their love language throughout the day but you can’t log it. It would be great if the person could see your tank without having to ask. The texting function is fine but we could basically do that on a regular text thread but it’s fun. So we are unclear what features it gives us besides reminders. But that said, that’s better than not having the app!

Difficult to navigate. This can’t be very difficult, but I am failing to understand how to input actual achieved goals. Frustrating.

Buggy. Worked for a couple of days then kicked me out and won’t work - I’ve re-installed and still nothing

How to show goal completions. This is a great idea but the app could be a bit more intuitive. I can’t figure out how to show I’ve completed a goal!

Terrible Notifications. If you're planning on usong this app to help set reonders for your partner's love language then forget it! We were very excited to use this app and though its practical and ilike the actual app you never get notifications even with them turned on! Which kind of defeats the point for me

Pointless. Pointless app, complicated texting. Weird in premise

The set up for an Android is a joke!. My husband and I heard about this and were going to try it out. Going through the setup screens were fine until you try and enter your birthday. You have to scroll backwards one month at a time through the years! Yep and it starts with today’s date and year. Who wants to scroll through the years one month at a time??!! On my iPhone it was an easy setup but his android - we didn’t bother after several attempts. If you mess up and tap somewhere else on the screen it starts you all over again with today’s date! Thanks but no thanks!

Logs me out. It consistently has logged me out of my account forcing my partner to send me invite codes to re link I have no idea why it keeps doing this but it’s basically un usable

Can’t even sign on. I can’t even get past the point of entering my name and creating a password. The app messes up on the password part, and it won’t let me create one.

bug. i cannot put my birthday. when i try to go to my birth month it’s not “available”

Reset Failure. I’ve tried to reset my password 6 times with the temporary password you provide and it keeps telling me it’s incorrect.

Not user friendly. How do I see what my partner’s love language is? The description said I would be able to see this but all this app does is fill my husband’s phone with stupid text messages! This is the ONLY reason I downloaded this app.

Only for healthy couples. I was really hoping this app would help me do a better job loving my wife in the ways she feels loved. In theory that’s how this works, but ultimately it’s up to me to figure out what to do and how often, and it’s up to my wife to nudge me when I’m falling short. If we were at a point where our love tanks were nearly full most of the time, there wouldn’t be anything wrong with her getting a nudge from me. But if that’s not the case, then a nudge is just another sign that she or I are failing, and it reinforces the bad rather than encouraging the good. What I really want is an app that knows how my wife feels loved and where it’s the app nudging me with app generated suggestions
