this isn't for lesbians anymore.. just like taimi, it's full of men in wigs and unicorn hunters. i came on here as a femme lesbian, seeking 🌮 NOT 🍆! every. single. like. i got was from straight 3rd seeking couples or trans women. no actual, biological, cisgender woman. it's simply desperate men trying to play off as female to once again invade female spaces and harass us sapphic/lesbian women. lesbian women don't have any safe spaces anymore. this is sad.

Not real woman. I’m pretty sure this whole app is just men pretending to be women because every woman I matched with didn’t actually seem to be a woman. One of them also tried to pay me to meet her to do sex work. So stay safe and protect yourself.

Completely overrun by global scam networks. Safety has collapsed.. Do not waste your time downloading this app, and absolutely REFUSE to pay them a single penny. HER has completely abandoned its community and allowed its platform to be taken over by industrial-scale scam operations and automated bot networks. As a strong, genuine queer woman, my inbox is entirely flooded with fake profiles. Real women have either left or are too terrified of being catfished to interact. The security verification on this app is a joke. You will constantly deal with the exact same predictable scripts: profile names written backward (Last Name First), stolen photo galleries with obvious identity discrepancies, love-bombing, and immediate demands to move the conversation to WhatsApp within 5 messages under the guise that the app is "glitching." These are coordinated fraud syndicates operating out of international click-farms, and they are using this app to target vulnerable women for financial extortion. The absolute worst part is the developer's complete negligence. I have repeatedly emailed their support team with concrete, undeniable proof of these networks. Every single time, I am met with lazy, robotic, canned Zendesk responses claiming they are "working on it." They do absolutely nothing to protect their users, likely because they want to pad their active user metrics for investors. This app is nothing but an unmoderated hunting ground for fraudsters. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs

Impossible to match with people. Unless you are willing to cut off an arm and a leg to pay for the INSANE premium fees you won’t be able to match with anyone

Broken. I downloaded the app and it’s glitchy and broken, instead of letting me use it it just keeps asking me to agree to the privacy policy, which I have. Useless.

No one wants to view attractive women that your app claims is in their state or close by, but when you both match the real location pop’s up and they’re millions of miles away. Most of the women on here are unattractive. The attractive one’s usually have a cute face, but are overweight. If you do run across an attractive woman she’s usually 500 to 1,200 miles away from you, and or financially and mentally unstable. Get ready for the fake profiles, because no real lesbians are on here after the owner disrespected the lesbian community. This app has turned into an app for males looking for someone to join their partner, men that want to be women, and women that want to be men. 🤨 The app is called Her! 🧐 Yeah right! Change you app’s name to Him.🥸🤯 Lesbians Run 🏃‍♀️ For Your Life! Finally, don’t fall for the we need you to send us a copy of your drivers license to verify your identity. Many apps collect and sell highly personal data, and the actual handling of your driver's license introduces massive security and privacy risks. No one’s on there, so they need to make money somehow. Don’t send them a copy of your drivers license! If they need to make sure you are the person on your pictures there this thing called face recognition, use it. 🤬😤👎🏼🥱

You have to WAIT to see who likes you. Worst update ever. This app is developed by money hungry pigs. Do not spend a dime on any “membership.” Why do I have to wait to see people who liked me? Why is there a limit on who I am allowed to see? I’m just gonna delete this trash app

Lots of scammers asking if I have WhatsApp smh. Another scammer app where you have to pay to talk to scammers, what a waste of money you cant even pin point which are the real people anymore.

Lame lame lame. Before I subscribed as a paid member the app told me I had over 100 likes. On the other side of the pay wall, the actual number of likes was about 30. Also, on the free version, the messages area is completely bogus. The number of unverified profiles is obscene. When I finally bit the bullet for a paid subscription, it took about an hour to realize it’s all smoke and mirrors. I cancelled the subscription within an hour of signing up.

Do not join. 75% of the profiles are fake. They’re either men or someone from her posting fake profiles with very similar bios. My friend and k tested it and we both swiped right on one another and we never matched. It’s rigged completely. The minute you tell them you want to FaceTime they snooze their account. I swiped right on everyone as well and only got like the fake accounts responding a couple of real people.

Keep blocking my account. I deleted my old account because I had it for awhile then I made a new one but every time I made a new account it gets blocked and I sent an email telling them that I was the real account holder but I’m still banned

SCAM - Endless fake profiles. Fake profiles run by AI chat bots Absolutely no help or response from support team Only good for taking money.

Not LEZ/QUEER. In a world where straight people do everything possible to infiltrate our queer spaces; “Her” has allowed the same to take place. No longer are we free of a space with straight men who cannot read well enough to realize that this space is not for them. No longer are we safe from couples who seek nothing more than to use us as sex toys in their relationships. No longer is this a space that is closely monitored enough than to allow profiles that allow no face photos, degrading bios or any of the other results things I’ve seen lately. You might as well just be Tinder at this point because the bar is gone and you’re doing a disservice to this community.

can't filter likes. huge waste of my time at first because i couldn't set filters for my swipe pool. i'm monogamous and i had to wade through a sea of folks I’m not compatible with when i could just filter them out with the existing flags, as a premium user. this doesn't fix itself until i hit the minimum number of likes that i sent. that sucked. I can't even filter my likes? you can't even make likes disappear as a premium user???? overall very user unfriendly experience even when you pay :/ especially compared to other apps

This App Hates Lesbians. Utterly unusable without the $30/week subscription. Prepare to waste your limited swipes on men, men, and more men.

Bots bots bots. There were wayyy too many bots and scammers on this app. I also felt like the quality of people on this app was a lot lower than competitors. Had two really awful dates from here and have decided to delete it.

FULL of fake profiles. For ever real person, there are 20 fake people.

Verification still pending. I paid $30 for a premium membership, but hours later it’s still verifying my account. I can’t check to see my likes. The app is not intuitive to use.

Unacceptable. I attempted to create an account and was denied. Customer service first told me I was too young, then said I didn’t live in an area that supported the app, then told me I violated community guidelines. I’m 40, live in CA, and was never even able to create a profile which means I couldn’t have violated community guidelines. The responses I received from customer service were terse and robotic and would never answer any of my questions. I’m incredibly disappointed in the unacceptable customer service. I don’t recommend this app.

This APP is a SCAM. It’s flooding with scammers. Including people who are involved in “pig butchering”. Look it up if u dont know. I had signed up for one week and encountered 9 scammers. They can FaceTime with AI and some even have paid actors! Please be cautious.

They want a picture of my ID. Have tried a few apps and this one has been my favorite, but I got busy and deleted the app and my account for a while. When I logged back in I got a message saying my account was on hold for breaking the community guidelines. When I contacted support they said it was because I didn’t meet the age requirements (I’m 21) and to respond with a picture of me holding a government-issued ID proving I was of age, which I’m absolutely not doing. Tired of these companies violating my privacy. The idea that I would ever care about a dating app enough to do that is laughable to me

the point of the app being free?. supposed to use this app to swipe & match with people, how can you match with people if we cant even see likes? shouldnt have to pay $20 for the bare minimum dating app feature you weirdos. I got 90 likes in 3 days on this app and 0 matches because I have yet to been able to go through my likes without plat. unbelievable. shouldnt have say the app is free if its unusable waste of a scam!!!

Excessively inclusive.. There’s a shortage of Lesbians on this app. Inclusivity is good and all but why can’t we just have an app for gay women? Something similar to Grindr. There is too many men and not enough LGBT. Incredibly annoying that I won’t stop getting messages from the HER app in my inbox. And no, you cannot delete or archive the messages.

PAYWALL PAYWALL PAYWALL. I enjoy using this app until i get hit with a paywall with every little thing i do. And the subscriptions for this app aren’t cheap or affordable at ALL even for the LOWEST tier. I can’t even see my likes without waiting 7 hours. At that point, i doubt the people who liked me even remember liking me, and on top of that, they just get buried under other likes as the app only shows you the most recent without paywalling you. I’d find this app at least 3 stars more enjoyable if everything wasn’t paywalled.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I'm done trying with this app. I am OF AGE, with appropriate photos, an appropriate bio, and I get banned TWICE. When I appeal, I get sent an automated customer support notice that asks me to provide my ID, and then does NOT verify my ID and calls it fraud. This app is genuinely horrible at customer service, and the dating pool is genuinely sucky and disgusting. Do not download.

The worst app I have ever used.. The worst app I have ever used. Wasn’t able to fully set up my profile before my account was frozen for no good reason. Waited days for a response from support. Then was still unable to login to my account. Finally was able to log in only to be booted off not 5 minutes later for “breaking community guidelines” even though I was trying to finish setting up my profile. Extremely disappointing, a total waste of time. And the whole app seems to be run by glitchy robots. Genuinely the worst app I have ever used. Do not waste your time downloading this.

Unprofessional/Cis men. For some reason my account was flagged for thinking I was a catfish. (Can’t help it) so I had to email a photo of my ID. Ok I did that. I guess that wasn’t enough so they asked for a selfie or a more clear photo of my ID. So I sent a selfie again AS THEY ASKED. And was met with “sorry the decision is already final” like why’d you even ask then? I’m not too upset as there wasn’t many people near me but I kept getting SO many cis men creeping their way on this app and constantly had to report them. Do better. Super unpleasant app.

Let someone catfish.. While male pretending to be a female somehow had way too many photos of them and got ahold of my info. Be careful. Be smart.
