DOWN: The Casual Dating App

Came back to try again: deleted my account hours later.. *edit to help reply to the developer: it isn’t just the likes or your visitors that make me feel this way, within a day of having my account back I did not get a single message from anyone other than the assistant - I could NOT message anyone unless I paid for it. * I originally downloaded down after the loss of a relationship, after a bad experience I deleted the first time. Today I decided to try again and I found out the app that is nowhere near as user-friendly as it was. You cannot see like your profile anymore unless you pay for it when it used to be a free feature. I had the account for 3 hours and found it not only a waste of time due to this but disappointing after the app WAS great about seven months ago.

Awful for dudes. Useless filters.. Paid for VIP and boost. I know the developer is going to paste the same “Go to the nearby tab..” copypasta garbage, but this app is worthless as guy and a swindle. The geolocation filters are horrendous. The smallest you can select is 60 miles, and even then you get 200 miles+. I’m in freaking Washington DC, don’t tell me the closest person is 3 hours away in Pennsylvania. The other filters are nonexistent. You can filter by “straight” and “LA” or “NY”. Of course you can’t filter on / out things like “serious”, and for an app that sells itself on the casual, it’s amazing how many profiles are women looking to get married or “find their forever person”. Yet another app designed to convert men’s actual currency into women’s currency of attention, where all incentives are for you to NOT find a match. Guys, I know it’s tempting but as a male, these apps are trash. It’s all fake profiles, “professionals”, and girls selling their OF. Any real woman on here is probably getting 10000:1 attention and you aren’t getting through, no matter what you pay. Go out to a bar or something, you’ll have much better luck for the same money.

Why do I have to pay. Why do I have to pay just to see who like me at least give me like one message or see who view me

It’s not real.. It doesn’t matter what you set your distance at. It’ll give potential matches from all over. Or what age range. It’s just fake pictures of hookers in Vegas.

The worst app. Very Bad

Waste of time and money. Don't download or buy anything from this app it sucks ,before i paid for it it showed lot of people near me l 3 to 5 miles away . once i paid every person to date or like was at least 100 miles away or more.NOT WORTH IT

False Deals. The only reason I decided to buy this is because when I logged into the app a couple days after creating my account it shows me this “deal” saying it’s like 12-15 dollars and well I was like sure that’s a nice deal from 35 to 12-15 but then a few days after I see get a message saying that I got charged the full 35 I am not happy at all false deals just say things so they get you to buy it I’d like a full refund or something bc I am not happy at all please and thank you!

Paywall. Need to pay to use anything, if someone likes your profile you can’t chat with them without a monthly payment

Money grab. They are like a crackhead itching for drugs , they want your money so bad for vip , you cannot use the free version because you can’t message people or even see who liked you, waste of time and energy.

Scammers. Scammers, tricks and overcharges

$$$. You have to pay to see any likes or do anything. The developers should be transparent about how lame and useless the free version of the app is.

idk what to say.. i wish i could give a better review truly because this app is just what i wanted. it was working fine and then it just glitched i can't message and not receiving any messages and reaching out customer support twice did nothing. i made a new account and now nothings working. im getting extremely frustrated and if you're going to offer support at least be efficient in trying to fix the issue from your customers. this app deserves 0 stars. i understand being a new app with bugs to fix, but be more proactive with customer support and helping fix the issue.

Pretty useless.. I was sort of intrigued as they don’t have as many bots, but holy smokes, the app in itself is useless free. So I thought I’d pay the discounted fee, and it let me see some profiles that likes me, but only lets me send one message a day? Really? If you want to message more you have to pay more. Not to mention each time I pop in I see one person and then “that’s everyone on your area for now. Really. I live in a major metro area…then they send you these messages asking to take a quiz about how not to be manipulated or whatever, and it turned out it’s just about pushing a book to sell. I did the quiz a couple of times and it’s the same canned result, it was just a tease to push their book. Lots of little bait and switches in it. Really not worth it.

Dookie app. Pay to do ANYTHING. No thanks

Blows. It doesn’t really let you make contact and several trans people show up on straight

Filter stuck. I can only meet ladies that are 69&70 filter is stuck won’t move to younger ladies

Expensive. This app is too expensive as you have to pay to send a message to someone. You get one free message a day then it's pay, also you can't tell who is actually online or has been online recently or if they even truly exist!! Don't get any matches or messages even though profile is 100% verified...I feel this app is just a money grabber and it gets boring looking at pics and matching with many women but no response back. And yes I'm a VIP member but I'm about to cancel

My good feeling went bad. Matched with someone, says it was sent, BUT the match is staying in the match section and not moving down to the conversation thread section. So yeah some fish is going on here on top of that I keep getting offers for free flirts but they're not free the creator of the app apparently can't sell his book so he's using the app to entice people to buy his book. COLIN DO BETTER. Edited:newest is above Yea, its getting to be pretty lame, shout out to you mr creator…. Ill get notification of someone being down, click on it, like, but no match…. Like thats a f up way to try and force subscription. Another thing is that either accounts are bots or they are preventing messages to matches being delivered. I say this because some matches will still show the last message I received, despite sending one. On others it will have the the last message sent whether they or myself sent it. Normally when something seems fishy, it is…. And just splattered ketchup everywhere before I made it on my meatloaf.

Bad. It cost money

GIANT SCAM. The only messages you’ll get are from the APP. EVERY SINGLE DAY. No way to turn it off. Repeat profiles with different names. Another waste of money. Can’t even see the pictures clearly. Covered with graphics and heavy blue/red color screen.

This app sucks. Definitely don’t download I am going to get a refund

Not free.. Copypaste responses say this is a free app. It’s not. Could be an outright scam. Edit: Exactly as I said, their response is mostly just evasive. Again, you cannot have mutual interest because you HAVE TO PAY to view ppl that liked your profile. It’s not that things were unclear, it’s that the app is shady af. Essentially ALL of the features on this app are locked behind a paywall. They say you can message people if you mutually like eachother, but you cannot view the profile of a person who liked you to like them back unless you buy premium. In other words, it’s not free. I’m also convinced a good chunk of the profiles here are fake. Just impossibly hot chicks who look like they’ve all had work done. Would not be shocked if they were just using photos taken from khornestars portfolios to make it seem like there are more options than there are (and waste your limited likes if you’re a free user, prompting you to buy more)

You get about 10 likes. 10 likes and then no more likes for like 48 damn hours dude and counting. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Stole my Money. The app relies on misleading ads. Barely any users locally. I canceled immediately but was still charged. Support refuses to help. Absolute scam. They forced me to sign a document that says they already refunded me before even refunding me. Skeeeeetchy, lost my money update: still no refund and i’ve been trapped in email bot inferno. They’re going to burn me update 2: I should have not signed that pdf. They’re not refunding me and keeping my money claiming it’s been sent T_T

Avoid this. Stupid interface. Limited ability to do anything and most of the accounts are OBVIOUSLY FAKE. The location search feature is a joke. This is a waste of time.

Paywall. Literally unusable

Stupid app. I put my year born as 1992 and my profile says I’m 18 and now I can’t change it without deleting my whole account how dumb can this be!

You have to spend money to talk to anybody. You will need to pay for the ability to send messages in app and if you try to initiate communicating off of the app it will ban your account. It’s a cash grab lol

Annoying App. I have set my location preferences to be 60 miles or less and it continually shows me people that are over 200 miles away; wasting my time. I’m sure this is done on purpose to get me to upgrade, but if it’s broken here, there’s no guarantee it won’t be broken when I upgrade. Garbage app at this point.

Don’t download.. This maybe the worst dating app ever. Matches you with fake profiles so you can keep coming back

Seems like a scam. I have a verified account and profile strength at 100%, but immediately stopped getting likes when I would get quite a few beforehand. Messages don’t work, people don’t get/can’t receive messages, and this is all despite these 5 star reviewers. If i am verified and have a complete profile, why am i being hidden from the stack? More incentive to pay for premium and still not get any interactions.

Trash. Rip off alert! The least distance they let you search is 60 miles. Nobody ever searches that far out on a dating app. It’s a rip off if you pay for it. There are barely any active profiles on here. Most of them are old and inactive. You have to swipe through hundreds of profiles just to find somebody in your area and then you’re only allowed to swipe right about 10 times per day, which is ridiculous. That is the least amount of swipes for any dating app I’ve ever used.

won’t let me upload photos. It forces me to only use my camera for photos, I cannot add any from my gallery.

App is a scam. Ppl aren’t real and you have to have subscription to message ppl. You paying to talk to bots at end of day.

Itching for you to subscribe. I’ve got over 30 likes within the week of using it, issue is.. no matches ! I’ve even gone as far to swipe on practically anyone, yet , it seems to really want me to see these likes but not naturally match me with them. Begging for you to pitch over your $$$ to simply use . Horrible

Not good. Connect with someone who probably isn’t real. Then it just disappears. I’m done with this app

Monthly cost. To high

It’s another dating scam app. Nobody is real imo everyone asks for money to meet up.. I’m not interested in hookup culture or an escort.. like law enforcement should monitor this app for reasons.

Pay for Play. It’s Hard to really gage the app if you’re not paying it seems to have a lot of people with verified photos but you can’t match unless you’re paying you can like someone profile and if they aren’t paying then they’ll never know , too much free apps to take the chances if no wiggle room on there
