Randomly banned. I’ve requested many times for this issue to be fixed, i do enjoy the app but honestly this is tiring

Was good. I was talking to people fine and then I went out of app came back in and all of a sudden was banned didn’t do anything that should warrant a ban or blocked am I can’t appeal it

Feels like a wrongful block. I was chatting with someone and a ‘user left chat’ popped up out of nowhere without any indication of the conversation going sideways. Deleted my account information and uploaded same stuff to try and get in contact with the user again, and found a spark with her name and avatar that says ‘match not found’ when I click on it. Pretty irritated, because if it’s her you guys are making it incredibly difficult to get back in contact.

Wrongful blocking and zero customer support. App will block you citing reasons that don’t reflect your activity whatsoever. They provide customer support email that’s nothing more than a black hole. Don’t expect a response or reconciliation. Disappointing!

Wrongful Blocking!. I got blocked for no reason. I just lost someone I fell extremely hard for now. I sent two emails to cooperate trying to get it unblocked so I could talk to him again and nothing. I will do anything to get him back please unblock my account! I have not done anything to deserve this. Please with all my heart unblock it.

Used to be good. This app was quite enjoyable until the recent update. You can no longer add comments on people’s profiles or prompts unless you purchase “sparks”. The membership is not worthwhile any longer. Please change back.

Unable to match with new people. I can no longer invite people into new chats. I keep seeing “Adjust your filters” and I do but nothing changes. I have tried logging in and out of the app, as well as removing the app entirely and re installing. It still won’t work.

Use to be good. 6 months ago this app was great. O really loved the anonymity of it. I met some really great people on here. Now with the most recent update you can’t talk to anyone. It’s awful don’t waste your time here or your money.

Terrible. I cant look for people, it just keeps giving me the option to adjust the filter and stays on the same screen. Am I banned?

You Blew it. Imma just say it, your most Recent update just Killed the app. You upped the price and made it to where you can’t chat with people EVEN if you pay for a Membership. I Want my money back.

Not a fan. After a certain amount of time, it will unmatch you no matter what. Deleting. Lame.

You ruined your app. Don’t buy the membership!!! it’s completely worthless after the most recent update. No more unlimited messages. Now you’ll have only “10 sparks” a week, basically ten opportunities to match with people who more than half the time are bots. It used to be a fun app to make friends and chat with strangers, Now it’s just a cash grab. Find an alternative at this point.

Steadily becoming a cash grab.. The $29.99 a month premium price was steep already, but now you can’t even send a first message without buying “spark” credits on top of the monthly fee. For an app that is riddled with crashes and issues, this is asking too much.

This is scam or what?. After I purchased premium, all my chats gone and I can’t receive any chat now.

Used to be good.. The updates on this app lately are all geared towards not letting you talk to anyone unless you pay for it. It used to be you could pay a few to view more than a handful of people and send messages. So sure, whatever I bought into it. Today they released a new update that you have to buy “sparks” to start a message. And it’s separate from the membership. So on top of the membership you have to pay to initiate conversation. I sure as hell ain’t coming back.

‘this user isn’t revealed’. starting last night after no issues, i’ve been getting the ‘this user isn’t revealed’ on almost all my matches when i click on their messages. it’s ruined the app completely

Please Unblock my Account.. My account was blocked, I am not sure as to why. I havent done anything.

Not available in U.S. region?. I had used this before in the past year based in the U.S. and recently, it has shown that it is “not available in the region” this month.

they’ll ban you for nothing and won’t tell you why.. this app is rife with fakes and h*rny dudes sending pictures of their *ahem*. it’s also super easy to get banned, unless of course you’re the one sending pictures of your *ahem*. they won’t answer emails either. they say in their response to me that they answer every appeal but that’s yet another lie, they haven’t answered a single one of mine.

My account was banned for no reason. It’s kinda slow and suddenly my account got ban for no reason ..fun part it was only 3 days since I installed this app and got blocked

Technical work in progress?. Literally just got the app and I can’t use it. After chatting with one person, a black screen with a yellow continue button came up. When I hit continue, it just says “technical work in progress” comes up and I can’t do anything

Started off great — ended poorly.. The app itself is fine. I like that you didn’t have to register a ton of info. If you’re female you will get hit with 95% inappropriate comments. Report a user immediately if they do — otherwise folks will weaponize the reporting tool to ban you. Or just take the sexualized comments with a thank you to avoid getting banned. I appealed and was told there was suspicious activity coming from my account and multiple users complained about me. Also read the privacy agreements before downloading the app — they do collect passive data on you and there’s no option to delete or request your information is deleted automatically. Started off okay. Disappointed in the moderation of the application.

Bad app overall. Created an account which requires revealing personal info and traits only to then be immediately blocked. Nothing sexual or revealing was stated and they can’t tell Me why. Just a bad idea.

Huge Mistake To Download. The app is barebones and makes you use its currency, 'energy', to be able to match with people. Very few people will ever match with you besides to try to get you to stay on the app. The biggest mistake you can make is to pay for premium. You get just as few people matching for infinite energy to try to match with people. Then your matches will be all scammers, rage baiters, sex workers, AI, and just people who will send nudes unsolicited. While I was paying for premium I was banned for fake reasons for rules I didn't break. I am over 21 and I was marked as underage by the app, I am a "fake profile" despite having tried to be active and having premium, I was "sex services" despite never offering that ever, never was rude or abusive, and never sent nudes. All of which the app banned me for. This app will only make you depressed using it. Don't waste your time since you can't appeal the decision even if its a false ban.

Blocked profile but no response. My account was suddenly blocked and they have an appeal button which I have used but get no response. Does no one work here??

Disappointed. This app was so much and I loved using it to chat, it’s very professional and is true to name. It’s very anonymous and fun but recently my account got blocked with no specific reason. I opened the app and it told me I had been blocked for nudity, abusive language and or sexual activities or something of the sort which is FAR from true. I appealed and reached out to the team but still no response or luck, it’s really a shame considering I loved the app so much and I made many friends on there whom will probably not hear from me again. I really think the app should work on their team more into answering faster and communicating better :(

Please ;-; I didn’t do anything wrong and this person and me were becoming penpals!! He literally lives nearby the college I’m about to attend next year ;-;

Banned trying to report peds. Love that I get banned from the app trying to report peds, I mean I understand it’s because I said I was f15 but the report options aren’t good and the only people they reported me was the none criminals which is good because it keep young people off but now there is still tons of press on there that hmu

Paid for 1 month, then 2 week later account banned? Beware…... So I used the app for about 2 months off and on. I noticed the frequent updates and wanted to support it with a membership to try for a month. During the middle of using it this morning, I get a ‘Your account was blocked’ message just out of the blue. With a fake ‘submit appeal’ that doesn’t highlight to click on. Very disappointing and scammy.
