Disappointed. Been a couple years since I used this app. Downloaded and created a new profile, used up the 3 days trial version and after the 3 days, I am getting only 7-9 likes per day, not even 10. And to get the upgraded version, it’s super expensive. Begun seeing new profiles where they share their WhatsApp number, and then ask you to prove to them that you deleted your profile. Seen this app go downhill from being amazing. Hence the single star.

App doesn’t work for men. Don’t waste your money on the app

They charge money but sometimes don’t credit boosts. 1. They charged me 43 dollars 2 times for 5 +5 boosts, but zero boosts were credited. Their customer care is not even responding after 10 days. 2.All of sudden your reply rate goes to 100 percent when you have not even messaged anyone . They have serious problem with their code. 3. Of course there are verified spam accounts too in this app. (Not sure how they bypassed verification)

Pathetic. 4 matches in 6 months, with 1 leading to chat because she was mutually known and I used a free message to even reach her. Either the algorithm is that pathetic, or the ratio is so skewed, or the women in there are so deluded, or a combination of all. However, the app makes extraordinary effort to prevent you from leaving. It takes 6 steps of it attempting to gaslight you (are you sure? You will lose everything! Blah blah) before you can actually delete your profile. Not to mention a dark UX pattern - press and hold this button to confirm deletion. Whoever thought of that feature: mate, if I’m at that step 6 already, that button ain’t changing my mind. Makes me dislike your app even more to never come back!

Worst user experience using the app. My recommendation to NOT use this app at all. It’s a waste of time as the app hangs and doesn’t load at all. I have uninstalled the app few times and installed again but sometimes it sends the OTP and hangs on next screen and sometimes it’s just loading the app

All fake profiles. Designed to trap people into paywall. 100% of those profiles are fake.

Major issues with the app. 1. The continues to glitch 2. Troubleshooting with tech is not easy 3. Most of us are busy and successful and using this platform bc it’s “convenient ” constant in app crashes are not convenient 4. Further more there are way too many restrictions regarding photos. Does not allow for variety

It’s so expensive. And it’s not worth it.. You pay for expensive membership plus they charge you extra every time you like a picture. The credits that you buy for likes you can’t use it to send a text. You have to buy credit separately to send a text. But also you have to buy mother package of credit to receive text. Etc etc. not worth it at all.

Very pricey. Subscriptions and refund policy is horrible. This platform is full of fake profiles. Don’t fall the trap

Friction and frustration. The subscription is way too expensive for what it offers. Potential matches on the discovery deck have an avg of 500 miles distance. The worst part about this app you get no notifications of new matches, replies or anything (and no, it's not me it's Dil Mil) most of these actions are to trigger your fear of FOMO so that they can successfully boost their daily active user metrics and increase the likelihood of in app purchases. Save your money and frustration and just go to Hinge.

Bug. App crashes immediately after opening, it’s been happening from past 3 days. I brought premium at promotional price but i was charged full amount and when reached out for support i got very rude response that it doesn’t concern them. The worst experience. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

Extremely difficult to cancel subscription & charges continue even after cancellation. I’m being charged even after cancelling my subscription and being offered silly excuses for it. Please be very careful before subscribing.

Highly inflated rating. The app is buggy, keeps throwing you profiles you’ve already disliked previously, dosen’t send you likes from people who actually meet all your filters, and is just plain bad overall. Of all the reviews in the past 6 months, literally 80% are 1*, and nearly all of the 5* reviews remaining are fakes. Don’t make the mistake of subscribing to this!

Blatant cash grab app. This app used to be fine, now the like system seems to have gone down the drain. Everyday I get a notification that my likes have been refreshed and when I open the app I have none. So on the free tier I can’t swipe right OR left.

Terrible app and support. They will steal your money and in return have a terrible product and support. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible support. Account got banned for some reason with my photos that I added. Support is useless and won’t help at all.

Men are required to pay $100 to use this. Men are required to pay $100 automatically for a 3 month subscription to use this app. They give you 3 days free but automatically charge after the 3rd day. Please just use hinge which has way more people and filter for South Asian. Dil Mil is misleading.

Idk. I download and tried for 1 or 1 1/2 and. I paid for 6 month duration, now idk what happend the app is not working on device

Dilmil Review. Dilmil could be so much better but it’s honestly frustrating to use. I had 2 likes sitting there for almost 2 months and the app doesn’t even show names or give you a way to narrow it down. I tried changing filters, swiping through 100+ profiles and still nothing. What’s worse is the app starts lagging, crashes randomly, and even froze my phone a couple times. It really just feels like they’re baiting you to pay for premium. And $500 for 3 months of concierge is crazy. Why would anyone pay that when the basic app doesn’t even work properly? Honestly, even if I don’t get matches on Hinge, I’d still pay for premium there and use it way more than Dilmil.

Fake app. They ask for your ID and pictures to verify if you are real or not after charging you?? If you are that loyal to your Customers, why don’t you ask for marriage and divorce certificate, child custody certificate, and bank balance history as well because people lie about that as well ??? And why do I need to prove you anything?? The person who I am dating is capable enough to find out about me. And if verification is that important, why not do it before you charge the customer??

Fake fraud. Paid subscription doesn’t get you anything, Cust support doesn’t exist, they just want your money. App shows X number of likes (right swipes) but another screen shows no message or no likes Fake and fraud app

Worst app ever. Been having the app for 2 years. Hardly any matches despite paying subscription and boosted several times. The app is extremely slow to load as well as freezes up very often. Worst app ever !

Bad app. One of the worst dating app. Consistently glitches, matches are always super far away. And all the premium features are ridiculous priced.

Worst Customer Service. You’ll buy a discounted plan, then your card will be charged for the full amount. Apple will tell you to go to the provider and then customer service will say go to apple. Corporate BS. Dont get overwhelmed when random bots will like u.

Zero Customer Service. There are no numbers to call for this App, and no responses for weeks.

Don’t settle. Love the intro to this app it says “don’t settle” which always reminds me to not buy the subscription plan 😂😂 thank you!!!

Extremely useless app. This app is extremely frustrating to use. The algorithm doesn’t seem to respect user preferences or choices, which makes the experience feel pointless. They will only recommend one specific community people only. On top of that customer support is very disappointing since there is no live assistance and responses are slow and inconsistent. Overall not good experience at all.

This app is unusable.. Every few swipes I have to restart it because the app locks up and freezes my phone. With no other app do I have this issue. Today I could not swipe or check my chats or anything else once the app opened. I closed all other apps, restarted the app four times, and still could not load anything without immediate app freeze - any of the four times. Please fix this. I know several people who have the same issue with this app.

App keeps crashing. Cant open the app, it keeps on crashing. Already tried to uninstall reinstall multiple times.

App crashes. App doesnt work smoothly. when i spoke to customer service, they asked me to reinstall the app and check. i reinstalled and boom, my profile & premium is gone. now its a new profile

Bad tech paired with bad service. Glitchiest app I’ve ever used. Dil mil needs more competitors. It’s embarrassing that such technologically capable South Asians rely on this for a dating app. Customer service is an absolute joke as well.

Scam. Don’t waste your money , there aren’t much users . I swiped for an hour and there were no users left in the county ( U.S) . I paid a subscription thinking this app would be worth it . I emailed after an hour notifying them that my purchase didn’t make sense to me and request a refund . They denied and suggested giving boost or superlike . They have no common sense . Who would I super like or boost for if no other users is left ?

Distance Filter Needed - So matches are too far away.. I’m not sure why but this app doesn’t show matches that are nearby (like neighboring states). For example, if I’m in Vegas. I should be able to adjust the radius I am comfortable traveling and meeting people (such as 25 miles) but this app doesn’t give you that option or even have that feature. The lack of this feature makes it difficult to plan in person dates after getting to know someone and also makes it difficult to get comfortable with someone to lead to a date. Sometimes the matches I get are on the other end of the country. It’s also disappointing that they charge so much for VIP but don’t even give you extra feature or even option to narrow down distance for dating. Like it seems like a rip off.

Riddled with bugs. This app has been out for YEARS. Buggy since day one and continues to be so. People can randomly ban each other it seems. App is trash

Don’t buy their Service !. Don’t subscribe to their payments. You will be overcharged and there is no customer support ! Worst customer support.. Never buy their services ! It’s a big fraud
