An editorial reading of the saved reviews
Some like the voiced replies and the option to request custom photos, and at $30 a year they consider it cheap. But many are put off by the weakest memory (it forgets the previous message), mechanical templated bot-like replies, a broken video call and phone feature, a hard message limit, and constant nudges to pay for the premium.
