The core value is video solutions to textbook problems, and when they are there people genuinely learn the method. But the videos are often cut off at the edges with no zoom, so half the steps are invisible, and a link from Google opens the app without the problem you wanted. On top of that many people are stuck trying to cancel, there is no cancel button in the app or on the site, and free trials rack up large charges with no warning.
