An editorial reading of the saved reviews

A simple and pleasant calendar with color coding that most users like right up until an update wipes all their data. Data loss happens without warning and cannot be recovered, which is a fundamental breach of the basic promise that a scheduled event will not disappear.

What people use it for

Users who need a visually clean color-coded calendar and who have all important events duplicated in iCloud or Google as a safety net.

What reviews praise

Intuitive month overview, color categories for visual sorting, a daily-use interface with no clutter.

What reviews complain about

  • Randomly loses all events after updates: several users report this years into use.
  • Notifications also stop working without a visible reason.
  • Backup does not save you.

What users experience

1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.

The whole point of this is to keep track of saved dates so you won't miss anything. Today I opened up the app and it deleted ALL OF MY EVENTS.
