Rating: Calendar & tasks

Structured: Daily Planner Todo

authentic rating

Structured is the best visual time-blocker for people who need to see their whole day on one screen. Three timers per task, color blocks, and time gaps are exactly what helps ADHD users not lose an hour. The main barrier: adding a task requires setting a time, which is psychologically difficult for unstructured to-do lists. After a major update some users lost their settings.

About the rating

88% five-star with a text average of 4.03, a small gap typical for a niche product with a strong audience. Positive reviews contain specific details, and criticism is on-point. Looks organic.

Strengths

What users love

  • Three notifications per task (before start
  • At start
  • At end) give real control over time. Unoccupied gaps in the day are visible. Prevents over-scheduling. Integration with Apple Calendar and Reminders pulls everything into one place.
Weak spots

What users hate

  • Every task requires an exact time
  • Which does not work for people with open-ended schedules. After updates it has lost user settings and hidden features behind a new paywall. Causes the device to overheat during long sessions on MacBook.

Who it is for

People with ADHD, anxiety, or OCD who need to see the day structure visually. Not suitable for those who work with a fluid task stream and no time anchors.
