An editorial reading of the saved reviews

A rich emotion vocabulary with a two-axis scale genuinely helps people name what they are feeling. The free, no-subscription model sets it apart, and therapists actively recommend it to their clients.

The friend-sharing and sync features are unreliable, and that is the app's core social function.

What users experience

I was recommended this app by my therapist and I couldn't be happier. The range of emotions and their categorization is so helpful for identifying my feelings. It's helped me learn things about myself I never knew. 10/10 recommend, especially if you deal with mental health.
please fix the sharing with friends, thats a huge reason i use the app and i just dont even want to open it since its been bugged so long. i dont ever see when my friends update and they do it daily and share with me i know for a fact.
I like this app because it makes it easy and quick to check in and track your emotions easily. You can see patterns and form coping skills with this app too.
