An editorial reading of the saved reviews

A beautiful app for handwritten journals with pen pressure that beats most competitors. Stability lets it down: pages disappear when working with stickers and photos, and iCloud sync is unreliable.

What people use it for

People who want a beautiful digital journal for personal writing and are not storing critically important data there.

What reviews praise

  • The pen reproduces pressure more accurately than most competitors, creating the feel of real paper.
  • Templates for engineering tasks, bullet journaling, and habit trackers are all in one place.
  • Navigation between journals is intuitive after a short learning period.

What reviews complain about

  • iCloud sync is unpredictable: entries appear and disappear after switching devices.
  • The app freezes when working with stickers and photos, sometimes erasing entire pages.
  • After updates, some users lost all data with no way to recover it.
