What people use it for
People just starting to count calories who do not know better free alternatives exist
What reviews praise
Notifications and a streak counter help avoid forgetting daily logging.
What reviews complain about
The weekly shopping plan does not consolidate products across multiple days, making the feature useless.
What users experience
1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
Good for Calories, Fat, Carbs and Protein, what would push this 5 stars for me is more macro nutrients/Micronutrients like Fiber etc.
