An editorial reading of the saved reviews
The intermittent fasting timer works reliably and helps people stick to their schedule, especially those with ADHD and late-night snacking issues. The food tracker is weaker: you cannot edit a fast's start time, AI scanning is superficial, and ads in recent versions have become noticeably more aggressive.

What people use it for
People practicing intermittent fasting who need a reliable timer above all
What reviews praise
The fasting timer with a widget and notifications genuinely maintains discipline and gives a sense of progress.
What reviews complain about
You cannot set a past start time for a fast, which throws off the statistics.
What users experience
1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.
Don't get caught in the $20 for a year special that comes up. You can't track food unless you know exactly what's in it. You have to take a picture. There is no way to manually enter the name of a food to get a calorie estimate.
