The Budget Car Rental app lets you book and manage reservations, but it is a rental service storefront, not a personal finance management tool. In a financial control context it is useless: it does not help understand expenses, shows no budget, and keeps no spending history. Separately: the rental service itself receives many complaints about undisclosed add-on charges.
