An editorial reading of the saved reviews

A video training course for puppies structured by developmental stage. It helps owners learn basic commands without a professional trainer. The real value is in sequential video lessons and step-by-step tasks. The biggest failure is a subscription cancellation flow so hidden that users keep getting charged against their will.

What people use it for

New puppy owners who want to complete a basic training course on their own without hiring a trainer.

What reviews praise

  • Video format with demonstrations makes basic commands easy to understand.
  • Users report that the app helps build a bond with the puppy and brings structure to training sessions.

What reviews complain about

  • Subscription cancellation is only possible through the website, not the App Store, and even there it is not obvious.
  • Lessons do not accommodate deaf users: no captions.
  • Content for advanced commands barely goes beyond the free trial period.

What users experience

1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.

I started using this app because I couldn't pay high end for a trainer and the videos and examples inside this app make it easy to understand and follow the simple instructions all it takes is a little bit of patience and a lot of consistency
