Why can only one person be logged in at a time? Every time either me or my husband logs in, it has to log the other of us out and then always have to log back in. Make it so it can be logged in on multiple devices. This shouldn't be hard as all my other WiFi devices are set up this way
The app is overall clunky but the recent updates have fixed a lot of the bugs. An improvement that would be helpful is having a 2nd or 3rd authorized user be able to manage the profile/app without signing the other out. The app works well but I dislike how you don't have the option to delete log data. I was moving the cordless water fountain to another room and some water spilt and the device logged that as water drank. And there is no way to delete this incorrect entry to ensure my cat's water intake is accurately
This app loves to give you notifications like 'your cat's water intake has changed drastically' and then says it can't tell you what that means without paying for a subscription. If that's the case, don't tell me.
