An editorial reading of the saved reviews

The app overlays animated effects on photos and once did this attractively. The library of visual effects for festive cards and themed shots worked and delighted audiences. However, effects cannot be edited at all: you can only apply a preset. Vertical frame format has not worked for months with no fix. Animated files disappear after updates and cannot be restored through the standard restore function.

What people use it for

People who occasionally make festive photos for social media and expect nothing more complex than a ready-made overlay.

What reviews praise

Festive and themed overlays with lights, confetti, and petals quickly turn a regular photo into a greeting card without manual compositing.

What reviews complain about

  • No control whatsoever over effect parameters: one preset with no adjustment.
  • Vertical frames are not reliably supported and results are cropped or distorted.
