What users experience

I paid for this app expecting the photo identification to be accurate and it's really bad. It thinks every common plant here in NY is some type of Japanese weed. It repeatedly told me my eggplant is a tomato, garbage.
I wanted to diagnose my plants with the help of this app. Instead, the app wants me to give my plants names and I guess I'm supposed to figure out what's wrong and then just keep a journal here. I paid for your subscription for the help of my plants. And now I have to diagnose them myself.
