Overall, the app is great! I use it as my orchid journal. However, it lacks the intelligence to accurately identify my orchids, and the database for manual searches is quite limited in terms of orchid species.
Just stick with the basic functions of the app. It's fun to use and decently effective at giving you basic info about your plants. Do NOT give them any money though. You will just throw your money away and will never actually hear back from their 'plant experts'.
Hi there well I think it's very helpful because I can identify plants. It doesn't always work so well with deciding whether a plant is healthy or not. Sometimes I disagree however what really irritated me is that I paid $20 to have a Plant expert help me with a plant and that was weeks and weeks ago.
I just got it and it helped me fix my tomato plant and now it's growing. It also helped my succulent and now my succulent is so much better and help me diagnose that my tomato was sick and I recommend using this app
