   No Longer Free. Hit cancel hidden top right. Now it cycles over and over pop ups to buy. Hit cancel. Pops right back up deletes your photo. Hit cancel. Take photo. Pops up deletes photo. Will not let you use the app without paying a membership. The app says free plant ID.

   No longer free :( NO ID POSSIBLE W/O SUBSCRIPTION. App used to be free with the option to have a premium version. Sadly it’s been updated and you have to pay for premium to use at all. I used this app for ages to ID plants in my yard and sadly that is no longer possible

   Not working without subscription. This app just randomly quit working. It will not identify plants. It just keeps demanding I pay a subscription. Was good while it worked. Deleted. (Tried deleting & reinstalling.)

   No Longer Recommending this App. I have been using it for a while now, and it was above average compared to some other apps. Sadly, they removed the free version without notice. I can understand the need to ensure revenue, but their utter lack of communication feels underhanded.

    Subscription bait. It would be nice if apps like this would reveal the in app purchase is the entire app and their only goal is to bait you into a subscription $30 a year in this case. Thanks for wasting my time, hard pass.

    Different Pricing. I downloaded this app because my husband had it and he is only being charged $10 a year. When I downloaded it, it wanted to charge me $30 a year and it will not restore a family purchase. BOOOOOOO to this app!

    Liars. It says nothing about paying $50 when you instal it. Then after 2 plants they keep harassing you for buying a plan or they wont allow you to identify a 3rd plant. Removing them.

    Lots of misses. I often scan a plant and get the response that it does not look like a plant.

    Subscription model is a scam. Automatically enrolls you in weekly subscription fee with no ability to cancel without going through emails back and forth. Had to cancel a card to get the fees to stop.

    Useless. This app told me my plant either was overwatered or underwater. I knew that, I wanted to know which one. Very useless. Deleted and canceled within five minutes. Sorry I fell for it.

    Loved and lost. I have used Plantum for years and have stacked up dozens of entries of plants indoor and out. Now with the "upgrade" I find ALL MY ENTREES ERASED. So, this new and improved app gets a NO CONFIDENCE vote from me.

    98% accuracy is BS. I paid $48 for this worthless app. Twice it completely misidentified my seedlings, neither of which was at all exotic (pumpkin and Gerber Daisy). How do I get my money back?

    SHADY SHADY company. Despite canceling during the free trial period keeps charging my credit card every week !!!!!! Update on 4/1 Contrary to what they have responded, despite canceling the subscription the same day as I started ( while they advertise 3 days of free trial), my card got charged. Ultimately my bank had to block charges from this company as it kept charging repeatedly !

    Lost access to my paid annual subscription. Two years in a row I have lost access to my annual subscription mid year. Last year they were able to restore my purchase after I had purchased a second one. This year, they have nave not been able to get it to restore my purchase. After the third attempt to restore I requested a refund. They have not responded.

    Misread plants and double charged. I tried the 1 week free trial, got charged immediately instead of after the first week. I scanned a plant in my yard and it identified it as wild cabbage when it was clearly milk thistle, so I decided to cancel and delete the app. I am again charged today which is only a few days later.
