Bolt u need to adjust your commissions for Ibadan bolt drivers we spend too much on car maintenance because of the bad untarred areas, u increase your percentage from 20.% to 22.%, additionally you give low fares price for riders, u need to prioritize drivers too we are human not bot.

Hello, good job but please some of us use electric bike for the job. So if you could let us have a preview of the whole route before we accept the request like uber rides it would help us a lot to planned and no get stuck on the road.

I don't know why you guys think client is always right. Cos you guys don't call me the driver to clarify things. I've two bad feedbacks from clients and I think you guys can make things easier, like calling me the driver to ask what happened.
