Licensed black cabs in Israel and the UK are reliable and professional when the car arrives, but coverage is uneven: at night and outside major cities there are no drivers, and the ETA jumps unpredictably.

What users experience

1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.

We were stranded at the airport for over 50 minutes, waiting for our driver. Couldn't use the app to message or communicate with the driver who was located outside of the airport. Customer service said it was our fault because they tried to reach us but we never received a call.
