What users experience

1 excerpt from the breakdown. These are individual cases, not a verdict on all users.

i put my photos in in order, thinking that the app would let the photos stay in that order, but instead it uploaded every single one completely out of order. i sent it to everyone in my class and didn't realize until hours later. why does it do this ???
