The app does one thing and does it well: fan noise is convincing and plays in the background even with the screen off. The weak points are the single-sound catalog and the one-hour limit on the free version.

What people use it for

People who specifically need a fan, not just white noise in general

What reviews praise

The sound is dense enough to mask the environment without a real fan.

What reviews complain about

Only one sound in the entire catalog, with no option to mix or choose a variation.

I love having this fan! Came to stay a few days with my mom and sister, brought my fan but it's an old house and all the plugs are basic 2 prong. My fan needs the 3 prong. I can't sleep without my fan noise. Sleep Fan to the rescue!
