A sleep tracker via Apple Watch with phases, nighttime sound recording, and blood oxygen. Phase accuracy is acceptable, but the app misidentifies sleep during low activity and forces a trial subscription from the very start.

What users experience

I now have proof of how damaging my wife's snoring affects my sleeping! It's fascinating how REM sleep mirrors what I think happened.
I never catch myself in the recordings just my dog snoring but the sleep aid is great so try it I do think it is a bit expensive though
This app will tell me I'm still asleep when I'm up driving to work. I've cancelled my auto renew because of this.
I've been using it for years. It has helped me also monitor my oxygen at night. I use an inhaler. I can see how my evening habits can influence my sleep quality and then make changes.
I have PTSD and tracking my sleep is important. I wear my watch to bed and all day. Please update so that your app can give suggestions on how to improve the quality of sleep or articles that tell me why my numbers are bad and how to improve them.
