An editorial reading of the saved reviews
SleepWatch relies on Apple Watch data and theoretically can build sleep trends, but in its current state the app mass-freezes on the launch screen for users with new devices, making all functionality inaccessible.

What reviews praise
When it works, the morning dashboard with condensed sleep metrics is praised for being informative.
What reviews complain about
No way to add custom tags to the sleep journal, only from a fixed list with irrelevant options.
What users experience

It's not consistent in tracking sleep. There have been times where it has ignored the times I've woken up throughout the night to get water or go to the restroom. Not worth the subscription fee.
Works pretty well with a few quirks. The "tag what happened" section is filled with all manner of goofy nonsense workout influencer nonsense tags like "nature scene video pre-sleep" and "aromatherapy" and "biofeedback" which are outliers for pre-sleep behaviors . Who is ever going to do that?
Overall, the app is pretty great and tracks a lot of info regarding sleep. There's a section to add "tags" for pre-sleep behaviors for each night.. and there are a lot of preset options to choose from, but I don't see an option to add/create your own tag. Ex: I searched "magnesium" and didn't see it
