An editorial reading of the saved reviews

Flight search works, but booking reliability is a serious question: users report price substitution after payment and inability to change or cancel a ticket. As a trip planning tool it offers almost no value.

What people use it for

People buying the cheapest ticket available and expecting nothing more from the service

What reviews praise

Search is fast and occasionally shows prices below what the airline charges directly.

What reviews complain about

No itinerary management tools: no service class filtering, no real price change tracking without false alerts.
