   Very slow. App is very slow and seems to not work very well. Kind of with I would’ve read the reviews first.

   This company is a spammer. Despite my unsubscribing from every possible email list, they continue sending spam emails every day. Please avoid them! I spent half a day in a chat trying to stop it. It takes hours to get through an AI chat than it does to wait for a real person, 3-4 hours. And after very slow responses, they say that they can do nothing. Avoid them! Also, avoid their site, it is www.justfly.com. Scam!

   Thief’s. Don’t buy any flights from this booking app. They shared my card information to the airline. Which they charge me an extra 400.75 dollars. I’ve trying to get my money back all they tell me your case still in investigation for a month. Nothing but thief!!

   Horrible service. Horrible service, horrible assistance. They just take the money but do not want to refund you or switch the money to different booking. Doesn’t matter how many times I explained myself, they don’t listen. Stupid company, DO NOT USE.

   DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If your flight gets cancelled or if you need to reschedule then it’s a nightmare. They don’t let you talk to a human agent unless your flight is in next 72 hours, the only option is talking to a text based chat bot. Their chat (text) bot is ridiculously slow - it took me more than 3 hours to reschedule a cancelled flight. If you’re stuck in some emergency then they will be of no help.

   Buyer beware. Total scam - won’t refund, cancel, or change tickets once paid, even when airline permits these. Wish I had seen all the cautionary tales on Reddit. Never purchase from Flighthub!

   Beware of MyFlightHub!. Had a nightmare experience with them. Excessive fees: They charged $200+ for cancellation even with medical documentation. Customer service is unhelpful, stalling rather than solving issues. Misleading support: They appear helpful, but it's all for show. My advice: book directly with airlines or reputable platforms. Hidden costs and poor service make MyFlightHub a frustrating choice. Avoid if you want peace of mind.

    FRAUD!!!!! Not recommend. Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount. FlightHub Booking Confirmation Number: 261-862-581

    Used to be good. Not sure what’s going on but the app do not work for me anymore, no matter what date I search for a flight nothing happens And there is no where to get support for the app

    Transfer flight needs visa?!. Horrible experience with this company. I always buy tickets with edreams and never had any issue. This time I wanted to try flighthub because of all the good reviews. This app gave me an option to transfer from Canada, which apparently needs a transit visa, without any warning. I found out by luck one day before my flight and had to pay twice as much as my original ticket to change the flight. Checked three other websites and no other website shows you flight options where you need visa for transit. How is the customer supposed to know this??? Unbelievable.

    Doesn’t refund money. My flight was canceled by the airline, and flight hub only gave me back money for the flight there. I honestly feel like I got scammed. Never using again.

    No communication. I booked a flight from San Francisco to Manila and my connecting flight was cancelled. I never received an email from the airline or Flighthub about the cancellation, so I didn’t learn about it until the day before my flight. I had no choice but to pay their $35 fee to refund my ticket and it’ll take 12-18 weeks to process it. Never using Flighthub again and I suggest you don’t either. 👎

    they are thieves. I bought a ticket in this company in December 2019, due to the pandemic my mother could not travel in April 2020, FligthHub said that he would return the money in a voucher twice and 5 months have passed and I have not received anything! I bought the ticket with the Kayak app, I spoke with FligthHub on three occasions telling me that there was no problem and they would give me the voucher, liars! they never gave me anything! I do not understand how companies like kayaking can have you! I am completely disappointed!

    Never Again. I booked a flight for a friend. Within 15 minutes dates changed but I could not modify my dates. I booked a 2nd flight figuring it was within 24 hours I’d just cancel the first. Yeah...no. The site would not let me cancel. I spend 30 minutes on hold to be told I had to call flight hub. Why the hell is just flys number on flight hubs site. I call flight hub to get the exact same menu option and stale hold music but for a hour this time. $75 to cancel. I have to pay this before getting credited. Cannot take it out of my credit. No thanks. Never again. Enjoy the $75 it’ll be the last.

    Worst search function EVER!. I have a health condition that requires I sit in the front of the plane with extra room - so I have to purchase first class, but I want to find the least expensive option. I tried to search for a first class ticket REPEATEDLY! which IS an option they SUPPOSEDLY offer! But EVERY single search result was filled with economy flights. So, it was impossible to find the least expensive first class ticket. Then when I tried to “filter” the results I found there wasn’t an option to filter for first class ONLY to list it at the beginning of the search - which OBVIOUSLY does NO good! The search function in this app is worthless! Save yourself time and choose one of the MANY other travel app options!

    They booked wrong date. Would give zero Stars if I could. I entered my dates and made the reservation. It was no cheaper than other sites. I double-checked and confirmed the reservation. Got my itinerary and they had me leaving a day late. Mistake on their end, they still charged me cancellation fee of $75. Never using this service again.

Took the money out of my account and the tried to charge my account an additional 4 times for an even higher amount than what my flight was worth. This is more like a criminal enterprise than a booking service. DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB!

    Don’t do it!. They don’t speak much English. they aren’t clear on what your needs are so they just claim they they understand you. They were supposed to reserve my seat, meal and baggage check. They didn’t and I got charged for it. The airline had to give me a full refund BUT flighthub used their own credit card to pay for my reservation. Now flighthub gets the refund and I dont! OMG! IM STILL going through red tape to get my fee back! DONT TRUST THIS APP!

    They will make sure to charge you. If you book the wrong date and you call right away they will make sure to confirm the flight while they put in hold to make sure that they can charge you cancelation fee. Technology is aware of time FlightHub, it will confirm the seconds that I called and the seconds that you put me in hold to take the time to make sure that the flight was confirmed. I know you did it because I have the confirmation when you clicked it. You are bad people!

    Stay away. So many issues after being taken in by the price.. You have to stay on hold for long periods to deal with any questions. Changes to the itinerary weren’t even sent and I only found out about them when I called to confirm times of flights. Last minute flight change notifications were cryptic and you couldn’t even tell what had changed. Would never book with them again!!!!!

    Horrible horrible experience.... A total Scam!. Charges cancellation fees almost $150 even though you have insurance. Are you kidding me? Whats the point of having an insurance? Such a terrible experience. Need to get the refund or cancel the flight and they say the airline has taken control of the flight and that need to talk to the airline. I call airline and they say i need to talk to flight hub my travel agent. Are you kidding me? Why do i have to go back and forth if i buy a ticket with you guys? This was my first time doing business with flight hub and indeed will be the last time. Thoroughly Disappointed!!!

    Spams me 2-3x/day. I set up a particular flight to track. I want a notice when the price drops. I also want economy, but not basic economy. It tells me three times a day that it’s time to book, but the price is steady, not dropped. And will not give me the different economy options, only the restricted one where I can’t pick seats in advance. It offers me to filter but the filter doesn’t take. I had to stop notifications-this app is not helpful in any way.
