Historically reliable, but a sharp price increase triggered widespread backlash. Bulk export of recordings is absent and you can only download them one at a time.

They removed feature to start recording before calling and to DL your calls you have to go through one by one to transfer. No mass exodus feature.
The initial merge of TapeACall into the call took several seconds and during that time, there was a slight pause in the conversation.
The quality of the voice recording was exceptionally good, and it was good even though I was sharing my iPhone on speaker with another participant in the call.
