The core problem is not price. The main feature people download the app for is unreliable. Live wallpapers on iOS after iPhone 13 require a special depth-effect format that the app does not always generate correctly. The downloaded file ends up saving as a regular photo with no animation. Additionally, the app changed its age rating to 18+ without explanation, alienating much of its audience.
What people use it for
Owners of a supported iPhone model who want live nature wallpapers and are willing to check compatibility before downloading.
What reviews praise
- A wide catalog of nature and abstract live wallpapers.
- On compatible models the animation looks high quality.
What reviews complain about
- Applying live wallpapers is unpredictable and depends on device model and iOS version.
- The app does not warn users about incompatibility.
