   Banned for no reason. Just purchased claude pro, but the account was unjustifiably banned.

   SERIOUS SAFETY RISK. Do not download Claude! Claude Pro was not merely bad. It was harmful. It ignored clear instructions, became condescending and passive-aggressive, argued when corrected, dodged accountability, and escalated distress instead of reducing it. This was not one bad response. I saw the same defensive, patronizing pattern across more than one conversation. When challenged, Claude made me manage the model instead of correcting itself. This happened on Sonnet 4.6 with High effort enabled. This is a serious safety failure. An AI assistant that becomes argumentative and evasive under pressure is not trustworthy. It is outright harmful and should be banned from the App Store in this state. I am cancelling Pro and requesting a refund.

   Junk App - can’t even replicate tasks daily.. I’ve heard Claude AI was the best. Signed up, gave it a task and said repeat it daily and give me a morning report. Boom. Sorry I can’t comply, not cable of doing that…… ok. Cancel my pro subscription. Claud sucks. Most Ai sucks

   APP IS TOTALLY BROKEN.. I don’t know what the hell happened but they’ve broken the iPhone app. If I start a chat on desktop and later continue it on iPhone the chats vanish into cyberspace, they never sync back to the desktop. Totally ruins the experience and the productivity.

   Sign in issue. Doesn’t let me sign in, when I sign in with my Google account it just does nothing and when I refresh it’ll say try again k try again k and when I press that, it just repeats it, and I can’t undo it whatsoever. Even when I redownloaded it was still like that.

    Claude: No peasants allowed. In the free version, if you are using Claude for anything more than just basic questions they play a game with you. They quickly max out your limit which blocks conversations for 5 hours, after that, every question times out for another 5 hours. In other words, there isn’t really a free version, if you can’t afford to pay they don’t want you. This needs to be studied on so many levels.

    Bans for no reason. Ban me for some made up reason. Refuses to elaborate. Gives me an opportunity to appeal, tells me I’ll get a response in 2 weeks. All of this happens the day before I get charged $20 and can’t unsub because I’m banned. lol ok. I’ll be taking my talents elsewhere.

    Chaos agent. This is the worst fake ai I’ve ever used. The entire system is designed to do whatever it wants. You try to create a program and it will constantly argue with you and bog down your work. It will refuse outright to help young it feels like it. Trying to get it to help build an app and it will sabotage at every level and question everything you’re doing to try to actively stop you from getting your work done. It’s like a rabid dog it lies, it bites the hand that feeds its doing whatever it wants at your expense, literally monetary expense. If you like working and losing money then go ahead and use this argument generator.

    Honest Review. My account got banned 2 times for NO reason and i’ve read the terms and conditions multiple times. You have a 2% chance of them reading your appeal which is ridiculous. Fix. Your. App.

    Is it broken for me..?. The ai has been doing everything right since the beginning when I had it, starting a couple months ago.. But now it’s just not working at all it keeps on saying “something went wrong” and has an option to refresh it but when I do refresh it won’t let me ask it anything and just keeps on doing it over and over again. Please help cause I had fun using it and really appreciate it if I could use it once again.

    LIMITS ON HIGHEST PAID ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!. I have LITERALLY made Claude my primary AI. I pay $250 a month to use the system and I am constantly hitting data limits in my conversations with very BASIC uploads of PDFs and pictures and materials that I have to use to fight a prose litigation. It is HORRIFIC that I have to split my conversations over multiple chats and I lose track of things because of this inefficiency and limits on basic picture uploads! I literally pay a car payment for this AI tool $250 a month! And I still am hitting data limits when I’ve barely uploaded a couple of PDFs? This is insane.!!!!!!

    Demanding passport data and banning devs for coding? Unacceptable👎. I've been using Claude for months, mostly for brainstorming and code assistance in my indie game projects. Out of the blue, Anthropic asked me to upload a scan of my passport and other personal ID for "enhanced verification." I complied reluctantly, thinking it was a one-time security check. Instead, they permanently locked my account a day later. Support gave me a canned response about "violating terms of service" – but when I pressed for details, they vaguely mentioned "automated usage patterns." The only automation was me writing scripts and testing game logic with the API – perfectly legitimate development work. No bots, no scraping, no abuse. Now I can't access my chat history, saved prompts, or even my paid subscription credits. They refused to reinstate me or refund my money. Asking for sensitive passport data is already a huge red flag – but punishing a solo developer for actually using the platform to build things is beyond ridiculous. If you're a coder or game developer, stay away. Anthropic clearly doesn't respect your privacy or your work. They'll lock you out without warning and hide behind vague policies. Worst experience I've ever had with an AI service.

    Watch your bill. Anthropic double billed me for months, I had no idea until I just happened to stumble upon it when it tried to link to an account totally separate from mine. What had happened was I tried to sign up through stripe, they declined, so I signed up through Apple, then both accounts started billing me. Anthropic CSRs were rude, accusatory and refused my refund request. Now I am out $900. Let’s also not forget every new model is a regression and dumber than the last.
