   Missing a search function. The Google Tasks mobile app for iPhone does not currently have a built-in search feature for finding specific tasks. To locate items, you must manually scroll through your lists. My lists are long and this is a PITA. Google, please add this simple feature ASAP!

   Needs to be able to share tasks with other accounts.. I like that this is integrated with Google suite but unlike calendars and docs etc ya see is are only for you. No shared home grocery lists no project management in your team. This could be so much better instead it’s just irritating.

   Where is Alphanumeric Sorting?. I cannot be all alone in wanting to sort the task lists I create in alphanumeric order. But maybe I am, because this app gets high praise. Wunderlist / Microsoft To-Do it most certainly is not. Be better, Google.

   How is this app so bad?. 1) The Widget is borderline useless especially the square one. The rectangle one isn’t as bad. 2) The UI is bad, old looking, lacks modern appeal. 3) No badge support so you don’t know what’s due unless you use the widget or open the app. It goes in the Notification Center and that’s it. 4) No logic for entry; “Do the laundry at 6 PM on Monday” will literally just write that out instead of adding those times. 5) No voice integration with Siri like Microsoft ToDo and other Reminder/Tasks apps. 6) No meaningful updates. It’s in maintenance mode.

   Cant use. The age rating says 4+ but in america it says 13+ and locks me out. Use Google Calendar instead

   Thumbs up google. You have now broken the notifications in tasks just like you did in keep. Also when update time in keep it does not update in tasks. And tasks has no search. Congratulations on making another app that is less than helpful and gets worse with each update and gets the same support that print has oh that was never supported until it just disappeared.

   Fix the app please. I regularly have to delete completed tasks in order to refresh and actually seeee all the tasks I have. Lately, it hasn’t been allowing me to delete completed tasks. So now my screen is completely blank. Please fix.

    Shameful for Google. An app that is supposed to remind you of tasks, but it won’t even show a badge if something has popped up due? Make the app kinda worthless unless you only get a few notifications a day. Pretty unbelievable that Google puts their name on this.

    Can’t Move to Top or Search. Missing obvious features such as a simple ‘move to top of list’ and search for task. These are such a no-brainers; it’s shocking that the devs haven’t added.

    Reminder. I asked for a reminder of a doctors appointment. I was not given a reminder until the day after my appointment. Well that was no help. I had forgotten about my appointment until my aide reminded me. Thank God for her or I would have missed this very important appointment. I’ve deleted your app as I can’t rely on it.

    Lack of key useful features. Lack of key useful features 1. Can’t quickly add a task into the “my tasks” list for later progress. The quick list is always changing. It’s the last viewed list. 2. NO way to view all the over due tasks in the google tasks app. GTasks pro App has very good features. Please learn from them. Thanks!

    Native Keep Reminders to Tasks kills functionality. Because Keep reminders are now Tasks and only fire through Google Calendar or Tasks, I have to remember to open the Calendar or Tasks app so it syncs over after every new reminder is created. Otherwise, notifications will never fire or update properly It also fails to pull the most recent edits of the note once created as a task - so if I add a last minute item to the top of the list later, it'll never update Tasks - even if I change the reminder time after it fires If I don't open this app for a while (since I really only use Keep, not Tasks) - newly created reminders just never fire notifications Very bad google , very bad…

    Be careful. If you simply complete a task and didn’t mean to, on mobile it is lost forever. You must use a completed to see a completed task. I accidentally completed (checked off) my to do list, mid day, and could not get it back at all, not efficient at all. Completely takes away the functionality, one star

    Glitchy. If you import a task from gmail using the “add a task” option on an email, the app adds another line and renames all former tasks the same thing as the email task. Glitchy and worthless until this is fixed.

    Please help. This was my go to productivity app for so long. Now the keyboard is either missing, puts ? Over all of the letters and constantly just closes as soon as I try to add a task. Ever since I moved from Android to iOS. I tried so many fixes and none worked. Please help!

    Doesn’t seem to remind me anymore in my phone notifications. I used to be able to tell my Google Home speakers to remind me of something and then get reminded through an app on my phone. Now, when I set a reminder on the speaker, it pops up in the Tasks app, but does not give me a notification. Therefore, I cannot use reminders on the speaker anymore because they aren’t reliable.

    Horrible. I used to love this app on android but now I can’t keep up with notifications and every time I try to go through my task list to mark what’s been completed, it blocks me with a popup from marking the next one completed 😡

    How you get things done?. I am sure you can but on iPhone there is no alert by date, google help wasn’t helpful at all. I fall in love with google even before IPO. I guess we are following a part. Thinking just switch completely to iPhone tools.
