   Face scan doesn’t work. Every time I do the face scan it will analyze all of the except the last one and it takes long and never approves the pictures, please fix this.

   REFERRAL CODE NOT AVAIL TO ME YET IT ACCEPTED THE CODE 2x. I really wanted to get this app and was thrilled to see the 1 year plan for $29.99. I put in two separate referral codes and it accepted it, when it came time for payment it stated “offer not available- your account is not eligible for this offer. You can subscribe at the regular plan price.” At $59.99/ yr. If my code was accepted, what constitutes my account being invalid? I have heard a lot of good things about the app, and I am very disappointed. I have screenshots of everything. I would like something to be done

    False Payment. I’ve recently used Thea, and I chose the $5.99/yr plan and it ended up charging me $59.99 and I’ve reached out and asked for a refund plenty of times and I still haven’t heard anything back on my refund.

    good idea but not helpful at all. I downloaded this app thinking that it would be super helpful and it turned out to not be helpful at all. It just told me that certain things weren’t good but then wouldn’t tell me what I should do instead or how to improve my routine and I just kept getting the exact same score. it was just a guessing game and also supposed to be a free trial, but I got charged so… won’t be returning.

    Do not fall for the “free-subscription”. I downloaded this app because I saw people posting about it on Tiktok. You need a subscription to do anything on this app. When I signed up for the three day free subscription it stated many times on the app I would not be billed until the end of the three days but when I started the free subscription they instantly billed me 15 dollars. They don’t have customer support and only have an email which I contacted and they never responded to. Now i’m stuck paying for a subscription I never wanted and can’t cancel. If I thought the money was worth it I might have given a higher start review but the app is very underwhelming and I dont find it useful at all. Hopefully this will get their attention but i’ve accepted i’ll never get that money back. Save yourself the trouble and don’t download.

    Won’t work. I’m very disappointed, I heard about it from TikTok, people using this and getting their best glow up but when I made the account, opened it, and it just won’t lemme enter the app, I restarted my phone and everything, close the app and blah blah, just stucks on the page where it’s asking for subscription for monthly and yearly, no other option to enter the app and try the free 3 day trial.

    Like the concept implementation unhelpful. I’m a more advanced skincare user and am always interested in learning more. Was excited at the prospects and would pay if it worked. The current version of the app is broken and many features crash the app. I’d like to select more than just two skin concerns and I’d like more guidance on what marking a good, neutral, or bad product for me meant. There are plenty of products that I use that I don’t enjoy using for various reasons (pilling, non-ideal application, texture, scent, etc.), but they are still helpful for my skin concerns. However if I mark something as bad, then the app says they aren’t good for my routine anymore. Likewise, I can’t change any of my initial survey results (maybe they’re behind some of the crashing features?) so if my skin concerns change, that isn’t possible to change. There also isn’t a clear way to add products that aren’t in the system yet. Cool concept, but lots of work needed still to help more advanced skincare users!

    It’s a SCAM. I downloaded the app with 3 days free trial. I cancelled literally at 5am on the day and they charged me. I found the app not helpful at all. I emailed Thea TWICE and they ignored both my emails. I requested for a refund on the day they took my payment and they are ignoring me. I used it one day on the free trial, i had to input what skincare products i currently use. Either by photo or manually, both method couldn’t find half of my skincare products. They’re common products from L’oréal and La Roche Posay, but couldn’t find it so I had to select that i use a different one. It recommended 4 products but they’re all very random ones and brands i’ve never heard. I think they’re sponsored with some brands and just recommending those ones. They took £60 payment from me and I don’t even like the app or will use it. It’s literally a scam where they offer promoted products and the customer service is avoiding you and taking your money. DON’T DOWNLOAD and waste your time or money.
