It breaks in two spots: the skin score doesn't move even when skin has clearly improved, which undermines trust in the tracking, and the app walks you through a quiz and photos only to hit a paywall with no warning. I was looking to add my regular vitamin c serum that I normally buy and learned it was incompatible with my exfoliater since it dries my skin out!! I wish I knew ab this earlier.
