High Fees, Misleading Promotions. This app is not worth using. I’ve tried many crypto apps, and this app has some of the highest fees I’ve ever seen. On top of that, they have very misleading referral offers. They bury language in their T&Cs that invalidates what’s posted in bold language. Really shady company, would not recommend.

Refund. refund, When you have an issue, you try to get some help this is what happens I did send it. And you all say you can’t approve it. Everything I sent. You all don’t approve. Unable to withdraw or send to another wallet. APP A SCAM DONT USE. After all verifications and 2FA and even waited for 5days, I’m still unable to withdraw to my other wallet everytime I try to withdraw it takes me to my debit card and PayPal like I want to make a deposit which I just want to move my bitcoin I bought to my other wallet it’s not fair and this app is a SCAM

This app is not advise able to use at all, since the first day I’ve purchased bitcoin on this app after verification of my account I was unable to withdraw my fund to my other wallet even to the account user it just keep telling me that kyc I don’t understand the hell the app is all about please don’t use it

Trash currency app. Loaded 50 on to this app it said it would be ready to withdraw today and still didn’t let me sell it only exchange currency allowing me to do everything but get my money back… worse app on the market! Stay away from this app/company. I’ve been dealing with trying to get access to my account after losing my previous phone and two factor app. I have tried many times to turn off 2 factor on my account but there system for disabling 2 factor is completely broken and every time I try to connect with a real person I just get routed to a bot that does nothing to help me. I still don’t have access to my account after multiple months of trying to get access and have pretty much given up at this point. It doesn’t seem like they really care to resolve these issues for their customers.

Ripoff Artists/scammers. These people still have my money and THE ONLY THING I DID WAS OPEN ACCOUNT AND TRANSFER IN FROM PAYPAL. Nothing else. I verified with my UNITED STATES DRIVERS LICENSE UPON OPENING. They have asked for the same things four times…… and I have not heard back since I opened the account from them on the actual documents they wanted submitted. And there’s only one reason for that and it’s easy to see they are scammers. They are thieves do not trust this place. They probably do what they’ve got to minimum to keep somewhat of a legit reputation so that they can steal from and scam from everybody else.. I’ll be glad to provide screenshots and whatever else I need to I will not stop making sure everybody knows what a horrible app and place CEO.io is to handle any business with crypto

Horrific app. This is the wost app I’ve ever used. Be prepared for them to go through what seems like hundreds of rounds of verification. I’ve been trying to withdraw my money for over a week. They still have kept it on hold and have asked for vacuous verifications of my wallet and transaction in which they haven’t even sent! DO NOT use this exchange

I made 1 purchase. After I made 1 purchase with my debit card, I tried to do another one and it was immediately declined and they said I needed to use another payment. I don’t have another payment. I have my debit card. This wasn’t my bank. It’s 100% them. So I immediately transferred the bitcoin I just bought to my other wallet and uninstalled the app. They clearly don’t want my money. Their fees are absurd anyways. It was $21 to buy $214 worth of bitcoin. Absolute robbery. So, good riddance.

stay away. Worst experience ever they let you buy but withdrawing is next to impossible. It’s been a week since every time I try to withdraw there is some of the other compliance or regulatory thing which they make up and won’t let you withdraw. Worst experience ever . Stay away.

High feee. This wallet is a total money grab. First, they charge a fee just to send crypto to another wallet, which is ridiculous when most other wallets do it for free or just the network fee. On top of that, if you try to buy crypto through the app, there’s another fee tacked on. It feels like they’re just looking for every opportunity to nickel and dime users. There are plenty of better, more transparent options out there. Avoid this one unless you like paying unnecessary fees.

Worst experience ever. I was scammed by them immediately after signing up. The first crypto I purchased and tried to send from this service is still pending after 7 days customer service is completely ignoring me. After I purchased the crypto, I went to send it, and the transaction was frozen. I was told I had to provide all types of documents about what crypto address I was sending it to, who it belong to, etc. I thought this was strange because we’re not even talking about $50. whatever, I did no problem. Since then customer service will not reply to me and the crypto is stuck in a pending transaction that the receiving wallet has no confirmation it even exists. BEWARE

Scam. I sent my crypto from trust wallet to cex.io. My crypto had no problem leaving trust wallet but never made it to cex.io . I have yet to get any real person to help me or resolve my issues . The ai assistance ask for hash tags and screen shots and I just know that crypto is lost . Stay far away from this app .
