   No Gulf of Mexico. No info on Gulf of Mexico. And only a selected region are available. Useless to me. Need my money back

   Billing dispute. Fish Track billed me for service but my account is not accessible as their change password function is not working. Hence could not cancel service. Tried their support function; got a 404 error. Was seeking some evidence that I have a contractual obligation. However they seem to have found a way to hold off Capital One my credit card issuer FT said check the IPhone for subscriptions Don’t see any at all. Zero. Nada Surfline is an associated company and has also billed me for a surfing service. I do not surf, have never surfed and have never subscribed to their service. All of this smells badly rather like rotten fish Suggest you AVOID

   Couldn’t even see the app. I downloaded the app and couldn’t even get in to see it. It requires a login but wouldn’t let me create one. I don’t know if there are specific password requirements, but I tried several different passwords for a few minutes to no avail.

    New account problems. I am unable to create a new account. It seems there are password parameters that must be met. But, the software doesn’t tell you what they are. I tried to create an account for 5 minutes. It wouldn’t work...I deleted the software and left this review so programmers would know why.

    Nonexistent. I can only speak about the NE maps available. I find that most of the time there is no imagery to view. I understand about cloud cover. But Rutgers has imagery and it’s free. Plus the fact I am on the water 3-7 days a week in area I want to view. It will be a crystal clear day and still very poor imagery produced by FishTrack. I have installed my app may times like customer service tells me to do. Still no change. Customer service has no phone number to reach anyone. Just email. Don’t waste your money on this. I know of 3 other guys that feel the same way I do.

    No maps for my area found after buying premium.. Spent 15.00 on a month for premium only to find there are no maps available in my area. Pretty disappointed and feeling ripped off. Go elsewhere—for me at least.

    Wish I had my money back this app is terrible. This app is so bugged up it definitely doesn’t work on any of my apple devices I would love to know how to cancel and get my money back this app is absolutely awful

    Don’t subscribe !!!!!!. I just got a bill for $95.84. They offered a free trial which I cancelled and still got charged. Now I have to fight it out with Apple iTunes.

    Inaccurate and Dangerous. Dangerous! I have used FishTrack for the past 3 years & just thought the forecast was wrong so often because it’s Mother Nature & unpredictable. I started noticing last year that me and a charter captain I know we’re getting totally different forecasts for the same area. We noticed it again a few weeks ago & I started trying to contact FishTrack. I got a couple very dismissive replies, and nothing since I sent screen shots of two totally different forecasts for the same exact area from mine and my friends iPhone apps. Not only is this very disappointing but it’s actually very dangerous since we fish offshore & rely on forecasts to make sure it’s at least safe. I Love Fishing & would look at the FishTrack forecasts every day about 5 times a day thinking I was looking at good data. It really bums me out that it’s totally unreliable.

    Poor image quality. Not what I expected. Joined premium and the Florida Keys are poorly covered and image quality is poor. So far I would not recommend this app for those looking to have an edge up on finding current and temperature breaks.

    Awful. I’ve paid the subscription for two years and it is extremely disappointing. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE 1. Latest temperature diagrams NEVER have updated info 2. Currents have been the same every day I check them 3. Chlorophyll what a joke 4. Only somewhat reliable water temperature info is from 2 days ago Seriously please do not get sucked into this scam I’ve written to them several times explaining my issues and they have blown it off now I need to make sure no other fisherman gets taken advantage of.

    Worst SST app ever. This app has the worst satellite shots for ocean temps and never has any shots that show chlorophyll levels. Other competing apps show temp and chlorophyll when this one has nothing.

    Please don’t subscribe.. The application was working fine when I subscribed for one month sometime back. Later I subscribed for one year premium service and after two days some of the features (latest sst and chlorophyll) has ceased to show when the cursor is moved to points on the map. When the issues were sent via email, support team responds like once every week and ask almost the same question every time “can you please point out specific issue to us”. I have sent detailed explanation of what is going on and stll they don’t seem to care. I even requested to let me know if I would continue to get the premium service till the day of expiration of the current subscription even if I unsubscribe now. Still no answer to that too. Very bad customer care.
