   خدمه العملاء وعدم الالتزام بالتوقيت المحدد. صعوبه الوصول لخدمة العملاء في التطبيق او تقديم شكوى - عدم الالتزام بالشروط الموجوده في حال تاخير الطلب يتم التعويض حيث عندما يتم التأخير يتم تحديث الوقت مره وأخرى وثلاث بدون تقديم اي اعتذار او تعويض أتمنى حل هذه المشاكل.

   Never use deliveroo. I ordered from a place right under my house because the card said 15 min delivery and I have been waiting for more than an hour and the order is not yet delivered.

   App Support Sucks. Their customer service department SUCKS & I think they are scamming because one day they are claiming they are offering a refund for an order their driver spilled & then suddenly they are taking the money out of your account the next although their driver completely spilled your order. 0/10 delivery service!!!

    So sad…. I selected the restaurant because it claimed to be the BEST! and we were looking forward to a treat! The Chicken tenders were over-done with too many spices in coating so flavors were indistinguishable, the milkshake was thin and watery. The fries were good though and Ketchup was terrific.

    By far the worst of the delivery apps I've tried. The UI and the overall experience are absolutely terrible. I ordered from a restaurant with a 25-minute delivery estimate and it arrived the next day when I was not even staying at the address any longer. But they do aggressively spam you with notifications that are ads. Uninstalled.

    Always late. I can’t remember the last time the app predicted the time correctly, allocating a driver for my order was after the food was ready and I checked with the restaurant, I wouldn’t order if I know my food will be this late due to a system

    I want substitutions. I did not get a chance to substitute anything else that would be similar. For instance, I would have rather gotten any kind of milk in any kind of eggs rather than just nothing.

    Horrible App.. I had an issue with an order and there was absolutley no way to report it. I never recieved my order and never recieved a refund. Terrible customer service. Use another delivery service, because this is not it.

    Fees are up, service is down. Used to be good, but wait times have gone up a lot (btw, it’s a LOT longer than the deceptive time estimate they show on the app) and service fees have doubled. I recommend Uber Eats instead.

    عرض اصناف غير متوفره!!!. تجربه سيئه. ولايوجد اختيار الدفع نقدا !! وتعرضت لموقف شراء سلعه معروضه وتم الدفع كي نت معروضه صورتها بالتطبيق. ثم يتصل المحل السلعه غير متوفره !! واللفلوس اللي دقعت تسترجع بعد ٧ ايام!!
