   Can never sign in. Love the food but hate the app. Can never sign in at all!!! They never send a code for verification to my phone. NEVER!!!! Which in turn I can’t access my points or any rewards. Literally contacted customer support and nothing.

   Trivia not working. Absolutely love playing the trivia game to win free food items but unfortunately for the past 2 weeks or so the game just doesn’t work. I don’t understand why they can’t fix it or at least let us know if they’re not continuing the game.

   Unusable. Trivia has failed to load on the last two visits and today said to remove all inappropriate language from applicable fields when trying to check in. There are no fields to input any text or any words at all. ???

   Terrible support. On the app there is no support. It just has you call the number to the location you ordered from. Which I did and they canceled my order. It’s been days. No refund. Left completely in the dark and have no clue when I’m getting a refund. Never got an email back or anything.

   App Verification. I can no longer access my BEW app. It says it will send me a text with a verification code. Several months later and I still haven’t received a verification code. I called their support center and was told they would pass it on to the IT department. Frustrated because I get emails all the time for stuff in the app and I can’t access it.

    Gift cards don’t work. Whole point of me getting the app was to use these gift cards and the app nor website works for them.

    Years of no access. I have been unable to use this app for years. Many, many years. Keep getting the phone update error. I haven’t been back since the app was broken. A huge company like BWW should have an app that works. You have missed out on a lot of money from me. Embarrassing.

    Issues with Ordering online. Nearly every time I place an online order, pay for it, and receive the confirmation number, they tell me “it didn’t make it to our system”. So after showing my confirmation number and proof of payment they still “didn’t get it”.

    Trash!. This is the worst app ever and it seems they keep making it worse somehow. Random crashes (iPhone 17 - up to date), buggy design, absolute horrible experience. Seems like it was built by someone’s grandpa.

    Not available message at checkout. When ordering you complete the order selecting flavors and options and all is good until you hit checkout. Then it says your order is not available but doesn’t tell you what one item is not available. You are then forced to work the puzzle of options until you find a combination that is acceptable. This has become the standard and I’m done trying to solve the puzzle.

    Gift card. Can’t ever apply my gift card on the app. I have to go to the website and type my order in that way.

    Food did not come secure. My food was placed in a big box, none of my food was secured. Anything could have been placed in my food during transport. I used their delivery service, so a stranger delivered my food. And none of it was secured by tape or anything, to guarantee me that my food wasn’t tampered with while en route to my house. I think that is very unexceptable. That leaves my food exposed to all types of germs in the drivers car.

    Order wait time needs to be fixed!. Multiple times I have gone to place a mobile order and it will show 15 minutes throughout the entire order process, but then after you pay and submit your order, the time will change to an hour or more if they are busy. There is no way for the average consumer to know how busy a restaurant is and Buffalo Wild Wings really needs to fix this feature.

    Won’t take my card. I have tried multiple multiple times to add my card to the app so I can order something but every time I try to add my card the app says that it’s having difficulties right now and try again later this is gone on for three days straight now

    App addresses not working. Have been unable to set up account and now the locations do not pop up for pickup orders. Wingstop gets the money now.

    Terrible App. Terrible app. Pressed redeem points thinking it would add it to my cart instead it just took away 4,600 points and I didn’t even order anything. You then would think since no order was placed it would just return the points. No. You then have to contact buffalo through email. How stupid.

    Unhappy customer. It’s so hard to use the rewards! It takes my rewards but doesn’t let me get the item. We went to a location for the appetizer deal and was mislead on how to use the reward for a different item. Most of the employees are not educated on how to use rewards. I gain points and lose them!

    Can’t play trivia. No matter how many times I have restarted, redownloaded, updated, and otherwise attempted to get the app to work, the trivia game does not appear anywhere in my app.

    Rewards. There should be instructions of how to use the rewards this app always makes me use my point and then nothing happens so then I have to refund my points and then I have to wait DAYS to get them back and again I try and it’s just a cycle

    Sign-Up. App will not let me make an account. I’ve tried to sign up for an account multiple times this week, I make it all the way through until I’m waiting to get a text verification code and no matter how long i wait, i never get a code.

    Who wants dry chicken dippers. I ordered a deal that came with chicken dippers and supposed to come with 4 sauces I got back home with my order excited opened the bag and no sauces I tried to call the store because again who wants dry chicken dippers they told me they were out of the sauce I said then can I get a partial refund and they said well there free sauces but who is ordering chicken dippers without sauces like if I knew that I wouldn’t of ordered them to begin with cause who wants dry chicken dippers :(
